Clean, convenient, quite and close to beaches and Sea World

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our purposes. Bedrooms were big and living area was open and comfortable. We would certainly rent this house again.

Lovely home in a beautiful location

Sandra’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. The rooftop deck was an awesome place to lounge. The house is 2 blocks from the bay and an easy bike ride to the beach. Highly recommend this place!

This is a VRBO home, not just a house

Of all the VRBO properties where my family have stayed, this property feels like home not just a place to stay. The only thing better than the home is the warmth and caring shown by the home's owner.

Even better than the photos! Plus great service, great space and amenities!

We had everything we needed! The place is very nice, spacious with nice amenities and comfortable beds and furniture, and a great location. As a bonus, Sandra and Laura greeted us and gave us goodies and decor for a fun birthday party weekend. It was really above and beyond. We'd definitely stay there again!

Beautiful and comfortable home, sincere and thorough hosts!

I rented this home out for a girls weekend trip and my first visit to San Diego. The home was a perfect size, and felt so welcoming! The property was in a beautiful and safe neighborhood and had a lot to offer. Sandra contacted me after I booked the stay to go over things to do and offer to help us plan anything we needed! We had the most enjoyable time, and will reach out again in the future!

Awesome!

Sandra and Charles were super awesome. We got in early and they let us change for the beach. Charles even dropped us off to the beach in his own truck! The house was very clean which was very important to us. The best is the rooftop patio with bbq/ tv... great times. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved it!!!!

It was a family of 7 staying for 3 nights, celebrating our parents 30th anniversary and taking our disabled sister out to the ocean she loves more than anything. Simply cannot avoid mentioning a warm welcome by Sandra upon our arrival. She met us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a cake for our celebration. The house is very comfortable, beautiful, decorated with a good taste, supplied with all you may need and more than expected. We had more than enough sheets, towels, blankets, every utensil you might only need in the kitchen, comfy and bright beach chairs, great boogie boards, clean bathrooms, cozy bedrooms and central air conditioning!!!! Great location, close to the bay and mission beach as well as hwy 5 and grocery stores. Looking forward to another vacation at the house. Thank you Sandra for going out and beyond to make it convenient and unforgettable for us.

OMG! What a wonderful home.

Sandra, Thank you for all the little extras like the prior tour the home, the plastic wine coolers and the cookies as a welcome gift. I appreciate the offer for the singing bowls, but with our group (8) we had a lot going on. Your home is luxurious, from the décor to the plush towels, soft pillows and bed and blankets. It was perfect place for the group, very airy and roomy. Our twenty year old nieces liked their own space on the third floor with separate bathroom patio and TV. The bedrooms were so cute and with plenty of bathroom space for the rest of us, including hot water enough for 8 showers. Our patio view was wonderful, easy to catch the sunset over the beach. The Crown Point location was great of our morning walks along the bay and close enough for the LLS walk at Petco Park. This has been our favorite place for Girls Weekend get away. Thank you, Sandra

Wonderful host, beautiful home

Many bookings through VRBO but this was our first trip to San Diego. Sandra and Charles may be the best host out there. The property is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with a short drive from the airport and other major attractions. The property was very clean and truly feels like home...not a tourist fly trap. Our teenage son deals with severe anxiety and our trip centered around the zoo and safari because animals calm him. I shared this during our booking and when we arrived there was a stuffed lemur waiting for us, along with snacks and beverages. Perfect after a long day of flying. Between booking and travel Sandra would communicate regularly with links to attractions and discounts. During our stay we communicated regularly so I knew if I had concerns or questions they would promptly be addressed. Property may be a five but the host deserve a solid 10! You can just feel they enjoy sharing their home and seeing people happy. We're planning a return trip and will be staying again.

Beautiful and cozy

This home was more than what we expected! So beautiful and perfect! We got there and a great bottle of wine, crackers and a welcoming note was waiting for us. It made it so much easier for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Everyone had more than enough room and the kids loved the loft! We had everything we needed there. The boogie boards were super nice. They had all the beach chairs and towels that we needed, plus more. We even brought stuff that we could of left at home! The fireplace on the patio wasn't working but when I called Laura, she responded back right away and got the maintenance guy on it right away. Although he wasn't able to fix it, he gave it all his effort. It didn't matter because it was so nice out there that we didn't even end up needing it. So relaxing! The bay was so close and so nice. We would definitely for sure come stay here again if we are in the area. Well worth it and made it so hard to go home! Thanks again Sandra and Laura for everything!

Wonderful home and great hosts!!

This home is in a great location. Very centralized to anything you want to do in the San Diego area. The home is very comfortable and was a perfect layout for our group. The rooftop deck is really nice and a great place to hang out at night. The hosts are very accommodating and are quick to answer an questions. Thank you for letting us use your home!

We truly love the interior of the property. We decided to hand select most of the furniture from Living Spaces, because of the quality of the furniture and the design elements for ourselves and guest. The Peacock and Parrot Sculptures remind us our travels and our famous San Diego Zoo.
We also offer our guest for a separate fee; Raja Yoga and Guided Meditation. We can custom tailor your # YogaRetreatinSanDiego.
Our style of traveling is anything along the water. My husband and I love sailing, stand up paddle Boards (SUP) snorkeling and he is also a certified padi diver. Now a kite boarder; anything in or above the water. We have travelled to Manzanillo and as far as Switzerland of course many, upon many other countries as well. When we meet we can share more of our travel stories and adventure. This home means a great deal to me. It reminds me of our family vacations growing as a little girl. Our favorite place to visit in Southern California was San Diego. I remember as a little girl I told my Papi & Mami (Dad & Mom) that one day I would own a home in Pacific Beach. Well I kept to my promise and made my parents and husband proud. I bought this home when I survived as a five year Cancer Warrior and Kicked Cancer in the butt. This home is a reflection of our Gratitude for another chance of life. Yes,! I kicked Cancer in the butt!!! This year marks 7 years. My husband and I have Grit. So, to more experiences and more amazing travel adventures and life!

We find our home to be very welcoming to our family and friends who come from all over the world to stay in San Diego, California. We enter the home and immediately notice the beautiful hardwood floors on the ground floor. The high ceilings and expansive first floor. Many of our guests comment on how clean our property is and the comforts of home.
