This 4-bedroom villa is perfect for long-stay and short-stay travelers alike. Located few minutes away from the beach in the heart of Athens Riviera, it accommodates up to 11 guests. Coming from the airport, you'll be there in 20 minutes!
The villa features a large private garden complete with a BBQ, outdoor dining table and a swing for three people, ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
There’s also a private garage for your convenience.
For those who enjoy water activities, the villa boasts an indoor heated pool, accessible both through the garden and from inside the house. The semi-ground floor also offers a gym area with light equipment, a shower and waterproof table games such as UNO, backgammon, and Jenga.
Spread across four floors, the villa includes an elevator for easy access. The living area on the first floor is equipped with a 50" Smart TV (Netflix account provided), air conditioning, and comfortable couches that can also be used for sleeping. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from a professional espresso machine to a smoothie shaker, plus an oven, microwave, and toaster. The dining room comes with welcome gifts and ample storage space.
On the upper floors, you’ll find several bedrooms with private balconies, Smart TVs, and A/C. The master bedroom offers a super king-sized circular bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony. Two other bedrooms feature queen or king-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with an extra single bed, perfect for families.
Additionally, the villa is equipped with pool and beach towels, toiletries, and a selection of table games. Nearby, you can indulge in activities like diving, paragliding, hiking, and more. Whether for business or leisure, this villa provides the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and proximity to outdoor adventures.
