Many thanks indeed for taking the time to leave a review of La Rocaille, we appreciate all feedback given to us as it helps us to continue to provide a comfortable and pleasant holiday home for our guests. We are glad that you enjoyed the pool and the views and found us to be helpful hosts, we do our best to try and help all our guests have an enjoyable holiday. We apologise that the gite was not quite as we would’ve liked it when you arrived, but glad that we resolved it for you. We currently do not have Wi-Fi at La Rocaille, but it is something that we may consider in the future. We are sorry to hear that you found it difficult to cope with the warm weather whilst you were at La Rocaille, the region has had an exceptionally hot summer this year and the fans provided are usually sufficient for our guests. We will review the number of fans that we provide. Our gite is in a beautiful rural area but this also means that we are not on mains drainage and so have a septic tank installed, we are sorry that you seem to have been so unlucky with the smell from it towards the end of your holiday. We have never had any complaints before. As we had to register the installation of the tank with the local authorities, we know that it has all been correctly installed and we make regular checks on it to ensure it is still working as it should. We hope you enjoy future holidays in the beautiful Occitaine region. Kind regards Andrew
