We found this inviting cottage in New Hartford to be just as described and as it looked in the photos...very nicely appointed and located in a lovely area close to many of the beautiful sights of New Hartford and surrounding areas. We look forward to staying there again during our next visit!

We loved the cottage. Nestled in a beautiful treed lot. It was convenient to our family and antique establishments which our granddaughter loved. Everything in the cottage was thoughtful and comfortable. Comfy sofa and chairs, large screen internet accessible television, a practical dining area, table and chairs and beautiful appliances. The potential kids or gamers room had twin beds and a surprise arcade style game console. l

Perfect for our needs

The home was just right for our 2night stay and had everything we needed. We had a no water issue one morning - Ken was there within minutes of the call and fixed the water pump switch - all was AOK. Would recommend this rental, and would stay again if in the area.

West Hill Too

Super cute cottage close to beautiful West Hill lake. Newly renovated, inside very comfortable for four (we had 3.). Kitchen great and wonderful couches in living room. Grill right outside and convenient screened eating area. The lake is lovely! Super accommodating and responsive host. Def recommend.

Cottage as described and host is very responsive. 5 star rating deserved but its important to note that the queen sized bed feels like a spring mattress, and is collapsed in the middle so if two people sleep on it, you roll into each other. Bathroom door knob screws are also loose so knob falls off. Very easy fixes and shouldn't deter anyone from renting here as its quite cute, very clean and in a great location. Excellent place to stay!

The cottage was clean and neat as well as the host being very responsive. We mistakenly thought the cottage was on West Hill Lake and it's not.

We loved staying at your spotless, comfortable and well appointed cottage! I enjoyed the bamboo sheets and the plentiful, soft, fluffy towels! The grounds were attractive and well maintained. Loved the swing and outdoor seating. Thanks for your care to answer questions and fulfill requests! It was pleasure to return here after a full day of music and dancing. Loved the circular driveway!!

It's close to everything - cleanest lakes in the state, the best skiing in the state, the best antique hunting in the state, and NY / MA!
