New for 2025: We've expanded your outdoor living space with an enlarged pool deck designed to maximize sunshine throughout the day. Inside, enjoy the convenience of a new washer and dryer set. For adventures beyond the property, we've added two kayaks and two beach cruisers – perfect for exploring the sound by water or cruising to nearby shops and restaurants.

Full linens, including sheets (with beds made), bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths provided.
Guests have access to the entire home, pool, and yard.

Guests also have access to the community's private boat ramp and sound dock, just steps away from the house.

The beach is an easy ~10-minute walk from the home with deeded access on Cutlass Ln and Merrimac Ln

Please note that this property has a pool available in season (early April through mid-October) that can be heated for $60 per day of your stay. When pool heat is purchased, pool heaters are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to the host if pool heat is required.
