This property is beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool is beautiful and heated. Sadly the weather, pouring rain our entire stay, didn't accomodate us swimming. The fence around the back of the property allows for privacy. There is a beautiful hot tub too! There are 2 grills, propane and charcoal if you prefer. An area with a propane firepit and seating. We were sad we couldn't sit out due to the rain.The beds are comfortable. The 3 bedrooms are spacious too. The master bedroom attached bathroom is huge! The open concept of this house is great for a family. The kitchen was well stocked too! The nice added touches of supplying coffee, pods and ground with non-dairy creamers was wonderful! We travel to Gulfport area frequently to visit family and this property will be our go to rental for our future visits.

The property was great. The heated pool was just right, not too hot not too cold. Hot tub was great. The yard and full fencing made it awesome for our dog. I think she had more fun than we did. I have gotten dog freindly places before that were not really "pet-freindly", no fence, etc... Oak Trees is awesome for dogs. Fully fenced back yard, with easy to use gate. Plenty of towels etc... I am adding this place to my list of returns.

Disappointed to say the least. Do not be deceived by the pictures in the advertisement. We found a broken hot tub filled with dirty water, trash around the patio and porch, and maintenance issues like rotten, broken stairs. When we followed up with the owner about the lost amenities and the outdoor space’s condition, he gave excuses and appealed to technicalities. My personal favorite was him arguing that we should have never expected use of a hot tub amenity because he "removed the spa" from the listing when the hot tub broke a couple months back. No mind that the advertisement pictures highlight the spa, the check-in instruction texted day-off included instructions for finding the spa remote, there is no mention of the spa being broken in the description, and Vrbo is literally prompting me as I write this review to mention the hot tub in their "ideas." We got the same song and dance about the other amenities or issues. Broken fire pit- he had no idea! Broken stairs- first he heard of it! Nonfunctional jacuzzi tub- you had to use the hidden panel that is never mentioned in any of the check-in or rental information! How lucky that NOTHING broken or misleading is this owner’s responsibility. Just stay a hotel. There won’t be a camera pointed at your "private” pool.

We had a wonderful time. House was very comfortable. Our grandchildren loved the pool. The hot tub wasn’t working so we didn’t have use of that: we would definitely stay here again. Close to good places to eat and shopping. Beach was only a short walk away. Beautiful sand and dunes for pictures.

Perfect Location!

We booked the house for some family down time and we couldn't have picked a better spot. The location was close to everything. We enjoyed sitting out front in the morning with coffee and the beach view. The beds were all super comfy. Bonus for us was the pool and grill as we enjoy being outdoors.

This is a beautiful house with 3 nice bedrooms, 2 baths, a great living room area and a big kitchen. The pool is fabulous! it’s all privacy fenced. The house is just a short walk to the beach but you can also drive and park in front of the beach. Nicely equipped home with really nice decor and furniture. We would definitely stay here again. Jay is a very responsive host.

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. The price is unbeatable with the location being so close to the beach and the house having so many great amenities. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch drinking coffee, walking to the beach, and laying out by the pool.

A little slice of heaven

A little late to post, but stayed for the Valentines weekend and it was pure bliss!!! Tucked in a cozy safe neighborhood with a direct view of the ocean from multiple areas of the property, the view on the front porch and on the side yard from the pool are to die for. The home is incredibly immaculate,clean and spacious.The kitchen is so cozy and the floor plan is well though out, natural lighting. Beds were comfortable and the master suite was huge with amazing views. Very friendly neighbors. Tons of great restaurants nearby, one of the best burgers ive ever had at the camphouse burger. Owners were very kind and extremely responsive and were able to extend our stay because we loved it so much. One of the best VRBO experiences weve had!! Do yourself a favor and stop looking elsewhere on the app and book this property! You will not regret a second of your stay!!!

Great stay

Post is accurate and communication was great with property manager. House is clean and stocked with what you need. View of ocean is nice and you are close to Gulfport. Only reason I listed one 4.0 for location is that the house is near a railroad crossing and if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue for some.
