Luxury 4star six-persons Penthouse apartment in authentic Megève-style chalet.
Flocons de Megève (meublé de Tourisme classified as 4*), as we named it. A newly built 80 sqm exceptional comfortable and luxurious Penthouse apartment just 15 minutes stroll from Megève village centre. Our penthouse apartment is located on the top floor of a typical Megève-style chalet which gives a feeling of independence. Its contemporary interior includes the latest trends in technology (Philips Hue, TV and audio) and various hi-end materials including fabrics.
It has three bedrooms, two have an en-suite bathroom with Italian shower, and one bedroom has its private bathroom with bath- and shower directly opposite the room. The master bedroom has a king-sized hotel boxspring (1 x 180 x 200), both other bedrooms have queen-sized hotel boxsprings (2 x 80 x 200).
When staying in Megève it’s all about Mont-Blanc views!! Well, you’re lucky, you’ll have our comfortable terrace at your disposal with stunning views to the Mont-Blanc massif. Privacy on the additional15 sqm terrace is guaranteed because there are no next-door neighbors. We have a breakfast/dining section and a lounge section.
East faced towards the Mont-Blanc you will have sunshine up to noon, a guarantee to enjoyable sunny breakfasts.
Our apartment has a private indoor parking place at your disposal. In addition, we are unique with our private borne for charging electric/plug-in hybrid vehicles. So no need for desperately trying to find one elsewhere … Use of this private EVborne is included in our rental price.
Our chalet is part of 17 individual chalets on the recently built (Q2 2025 fully completed) resort L’Éclat des Veriaz by the Terresens group, unique of its kind in Megève.
L’Éclat des Veriaz is the newest and most exciting residences that Terresens has developed in Megève. Ideally located on a large estate with 360 degree panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges and the famous Mont-Blanc, L’Éclat des Veriaz is an exceptional development that includes the highest quality materials and finishes. The architecture has carefully considered in order to preserve the authentic Mègeve style, with larch wood weatherboard facades, natural stone foundations and finished with oak laminated flooring with wooden and stone trim walls.
It has taken 5-years to be build (Q4 2024 it will reach its completion). The main advantage of this brand-new 4-star rated resort, compared to what is offered elsewhere in and around Megève, is that its residents and guests benefit from free amenities such as shuttle services, bar, heated indoor- and outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, hammam and children’s playground and kids club, all situated in a 25.000 sqm beautiful park.
Upon your arrival you are kindly requested to head to the reception first to be welcomed by the staff of the resort. They will guide you to our apartment and hand-over the keys.

Bought in 2021, after three long years of waiting … our brand new Penthouse Apartment was finally handed-over to us in March ‘24, and we couldn’t wait start decorating.
As we have over 15-years in setting-up and managing luxury vacation properties, we spared no expense decorating the apartment to our likings, we have chosen;

The ski area of Megeve is part of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area - the 4th largest in France and excellent for all ski abilities, the highest lift at 2.350m. Neighbouring resorts are Combloux and Saint Gervais also in the Pays du Mont Blanc area of France.
