It helps you avoid the evening traffic and the need to be finding a parking lot. To arrive to the property we recommend a taxi straight from Cancun airport. Casa Zaba is one of the few properties that has a cenote 800 meters long and 4 to 8 meters deep, with private access for our guests.

We do our best to protect the nature and want to maintain this property with sustainable practices as much as we can. For this reason, the property offers the AC only during the night for 12 hours. VERY IMPORTANT: By signing and accepting this agreement, you are abiding by the laws of Mexico. There are no gatherings or parties. There is no outside music allowed other than on the deck from the hours of 9am to 6pm and not loud, if this rule is broken, any and all fees legal, fines and loss of incomes from closure of the property are the sole responsibility of the renter. Also the fire on the beach is not allowed.

The Riviera Maya is well known for it's vast variety of activities and services you can acquire during your visit. From visiting different Mayan Archeological sites, swimming in fresh water sinkholes, taking a snorkeling trip, visit one of the many theme parks our destination has to offer, car rental service, massage spa services and much more. It has spectacular views of the sea and it is the ideal place to enjoy privacy, tranquillity and astonishing sunrises while being steps away from all the trendiest restaurants and boutique hotels located among the Tulum coast. Also, come live one of the most amazing and magical events of nature, from April to November, when the turtles come up on the beach to lay their eggs, where we already have few nests. Myriam is in charge of the property and she'll be helping you with anything you need during your stay. Juan Carlos lives in the property and he is in charge of maintaining the house and is also available from 8am to 4pm within the complex. You can ask any of them for questions or needs you may have during your stay. We also offer cooking service in case you would like to have breakfast, lunch or dinner prepared for you for an additional cost, please ask for this service to our host once you have booked in case you're interested.
