Welcome to our quintessential Saratoga Victorian! Winner of prestigious Saratoga Preservation Foundation Restoration Award. This beautifully renovated & spacious top floor apartment is located just 2 blocks from the Saratoga Race Track and three blocks from Congress Park and Downtown Saratoga Springs. The location couldn't be better! This unit is for adults and children age 10 and over.
The Travers offers the luxury of two bedrooms, including a king size master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom, and another bedroom furnished with two queen beds. Additionally, the living room features a queen sized pull out sofa bed, providing ample sleeping space for extra guests. Both bedrooms are accompanied by fully tiled bathrooms, with the master suite boasting a private deck and a stunning marble and granite walk-in shower with a rain head. The other bathroom features a beautifully tiled bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city.
The sizable living room is perfect for entertaining or relaxing, and features a 75-inch HUHD TV with FREE cable on the spectrum app for your viewing pleasure. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, and features quartz counters.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the large front porch with our other guests, or on the third story private deck, or play board games with your family. Catch up with the office in the personal workspace nook. The indoor and outdoor dining areas can accommodate up to 8 guests at each, making it the perfect spot for a family gathering or a group of friends.
Our unique space in the top story of a Historic Victorian will provide an unforgettable experience while you take in beautiful Saratoga Springs. We're a short drive to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), Lake George, Saratoga Lake, the Adirondack State Park, and several Ski Mountains.
