My California friend loved the stay!

The accommodations were surprisingly big, area quiet and liked the gate code to get in rather than just approaching the gate and it opening to anyone!

Great space with a group!

The owner was super friendly and easy to work with and answered any questions very quickly during our stay with solutions! The size of the space was perfect and was exactly what we were needing for! Very clean and roomy with the perfect amenities! We also loved that the parking was gated for protection and there were multiple spots available. The only downfall we had during our stay was that the neighbors were quite loud late into the night— otherwise overall was an amazing space and would recommend this place!

Great place for families. There was enough room for 3 Adults, 3 teenagers and a dog. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Kitchen has incredible amount of counter and cabinet space. However, the kitchen was very sparse with utensils, pots and pans, and did not come equipped with ANY spices---including salt and pepper. Coffee maker available, but no coffee or coffee filters. So though, we did not eat out---we spent extra money at the grocery store for every day items (salt&pepper, butter, coffee, tea,etc).

A very nice unit

Our family stayed in this neat and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium twice in May 2018. The unit is located on the ground floor with convenient, front door parking. The complex is quiet and secure. The condo is furnished with comfortable beds, lounge furniture, a family size dining room table, and modern appliances, including a washer and dryer. The wireless internet service is reliable. Management in this complex is very responsive. We had a slight problem with one toilet and the staff was there to replace the broken part within 15 minutes. Potential guests need to be aware of two things. The kitchen is equipped with only the bare essentials, and there seems to be an issue getting the TV to work properly. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Decent place

The house was sufficient and it was clean upon arrival. I found the kitchen to be sparsely outfitted. There is one small tv in the living room with no cable. The beds were good and the towels and linens were good. The living room furniture is less than comfortable and the parking arrangements were a challenge at time. I would stay here again but I just mention this stuff so that there are no surprises. If you need a place to sleep, this one works well. Management was very attentive and helpful.

Excellent Stay

Ms. Chelsea- Laverne is super friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early (which was super accommodating). I loved her place. It is super spacious. In addition to the three bedrooms, she also has two pull out couches that could be used as beds if needed, we didn't need to but it's something to keep in mind for next time. I don't have a single complaint about it! Thank you Ms. Chelsea- Laverne, hope to rent with you again real soon!

Good

Check in was seamless. Location was good and the place was nice. I did have to reschedule as the last day of our stay was spoken for. This was after we booked, but not a major issue. We received credit immediately. The only recommendation I would make would be to have more utensils. There wasn't a knife for cooking, cork screw, etc. Again all minor inconveniences. I would stay here again and recommend other people to stay here.

Hope everyone will enjoy my convenient places with large full size kitchen, in- house washer and dryer, free Wi-fi, Newly furnished with new bedding supplies! The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath with two Queen and two twin beds. Also a private fenced backyard. Nice, clean, comfortable home away home. Welcome you all!
