PET-FRIENDLY UNIT
This unit welcomes pets—specifically dogs and cats weighing less than 30 pounds—with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax). If your pet weighs over the weight limit there is an upcharge of $25. Additionally, Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. While pets are allowed in the community, they are not permitted on the beach. Please note that no beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.


Bathroom:
As you step inside, you`ll find a beautifully updated bathroom featuring a modern shower with a tasteful glass enclosure. We provide plush towels, hand towels, and washcloths to ensure your comfort, along with complimentary essentials such as lotion, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Main Living Space:
The comfortable main living area is designed for relaxation and convenience. One of the standout features of this unit is the stylish countertop with bar stools, perfect for enjoying meals or casual dining with friends and family. -Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING PERMITTED over 15 lbs. inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
