Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances.

Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!

No pets allowed

Pets are not permitted at this home and a fee of $500 may apply.

Damage waiver fee covers accidental damage

Guests must be 21 or older to book; those under 21 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
