The area is renowned for its wineries which you can tour and taste a tipple. And it’s within easy reach of major attractions such as Legoland, San Diego Zoo and various casinos (will your luck be in?)

THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA

All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt.

Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside the villa give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.

THE 2 LIVING AREAS

The rooms are air-conditioned, and both feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console.

THE 5 BEDROOMS

Between the 5 bedrooms and the sofas and couches around the house, it’s possible to sleep up to 20 guests here in the villa. Bring your own air mattress if you plan to sleep more people.

It’s all part of a large, gated and fenced back yard that offers you all a secure area in which to spend time together, and includes a heated pool, spa/jacuzzi or hot tub for the ultimate in relaxation.

Dry off afterwards on the recliners around the pool, and kids and pets can enjoy safe areas to run around and burn off their energy!

PARKING
A big group needs lots of parking space, and here, the garage and driveway provide spaces for up to 8 vehicles.

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Shadowcrest Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028" for accurate distances

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we hope guests treat our home like their own.

• Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only with windows and doors closed. Do NOT smoke inside the home

• Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events

• Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests.

Key-related issues:
• If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.

A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.

Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
