Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación
I am normally very accepting of rentals and appreciate the accommodations. However, we were disappointed with our accommodations.We arrived a little early and inquired if we could get inside a as we were exhausted after our travel day. We were told yes but for a fee. ( we got in one hour early and had to pay 25)Once we were there the access was easy to get inside however it was not disclosed to us that we would not be getting the whole house. There was a basement area that was rented out to another family. You could hear everything as I am certain they could hear us too. There was only a deadbolt upstairs that we were in control of, that kept the two apartments separate. It made us very uncomfortable. Also the locks on the windows upstairs do not work the windows were cracked and open when we arrived. The bathroom light sometimes worked and sometimes it didn’t. We had some issues with it being cold in the house and looked for a thermostat but were told it was in the basement with the other renters. And if they changed the temp it could be done once and not changed again until the following weekend. Also, we had to share the small driveway with the downstairs unit. The bushes in the driveway had thorns on them on our side of the driveway and were overgrown, they crowded the driveway so when you try to get out of the car it’s impossible without getting scratched up. We were pretty disappointed with our experience.
