Please be informed that noise is expected due to ongoing construction near our property. Construction is currently happening in almost every parts of Bali due to rapid expansion in the island.

Please note that our villa is surrounded by rice fields, so you might observe some activities from the farmers. As we are in a tropical country amidst the rice fields, bugs and insects are a common sight. While we keep everything clean, avoiding nature`s residents during your stay is not entirely possible.

Guests are kindly requested to ensure the safety of their personal belongings during their stay. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to items. Thank you for your understanding.

• For any reservation >= 2 weeks a 10% refundable security deposit will be kept on or before check in & for reservations >27 days the electricity cost will be additional.
