Secluded, peaceful, quiet, tranquil location and nestled within a small enclave of only 4 other custom homes, our Guest Suite/Apartment is located on our private home property in a very private country setting of 3.25 acres w/ many 80' High Eucalyptus trees, Ash & Pepper trees & Bamboo groves 20'-40' high, lots of wildlife from Owls & Hawks to so many other species of birds, behind 2 security gates, backed by 100s of acres of open space & only 3 minutes from the 118 freeway & all major conveniences.

It's the perfect getaway place!, close enough to get to any LA City Event or Tourist Attraction within an hour to 2, while relaxing in a California country setting, away from the hustle and bustle.

The Guest Suite/Apartment is adjacent & attached to our main home and about a 150'-200' walk to the pool.

It's approx. 1,200 square feet with 1 Bedroom + 1 Spacious Loft with a Spiral Staircase, 3/4 Bathroom with Large Tiled Shower-Sink-Toilet combination, a Full Kitchen with Gas Stove, Oven, Microwave & Full Size Fridge, Dining Area, Large Living Room with High Vaulted Ceiling. (#2 Regular Queen matresses in the Loft with air mattresses available, if needed.)

The property boasts a very Large, Fun Pool and Pavilion Area with a 60' long x 40' wide swimming pool (3.5' deep in shallow end, 10' deep & 20' wide at deep end) and a 21' diameter/18" deep kiddie pool.
(*Pools are not heated and usually drained for the winter from October thru May, depending on the weather.)

Under the Pavilion there's a Ping Pong Table & BOX HOCKEY Game. Other activities include a water slide and pool basketball.
