✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 3-4 vehicles in the gravel driveway, which is also suitable for trailers and boats.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the game room.

✹ PETS: Pets are welcome, but must be house-trained.

✹ SMOKING: We have a strict no-smoking policy. This includes the outside spaces as we are in a heavily wooded area. This is for your safety and that of our neighbors.

✹ FIREPLACE NOTES: The indoor gas-burning fireplaces are only operable between October and April. Please contain S'mores making to the outdoor fire pit only.

Other things to Note:

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.

✹ No fireworks are permitted at any time.

✹ There are no parties allowed and we ask that you please observe quiet hours after 9 pm and before 8 am.
