Welcome to our beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, pet-friendly home in Seattle's vibrant Columbia City neighborhood! Just minutes from the Light Rail and downtown and only five miles to Lumen Field, our home is perfectly located near local restaurants and groceries, making it an ideal base for your family's Seattle visit.
The home features:
● A luxurious Primary Suite with a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom, complete with a separate soaking tub and a large spa shower for two.
● Two bedrooms with queen beds.
● One bedroom with two twin beds.
● A loft with a sleeper sofa.
● A living room with a cozy gas fireplace.
● A separate office with desk and a spare monitor with sweeping views of Lake Washington
The chef's kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, comes fully stocked for all your culinary needs. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and the convenience of a washer and dryer. The beautifully landscaped yard includes a fenced backyard with grass, perfect for lawn games and your furry friends. Admire the stunning views of Lake Washington and Mt. Baker from the upper-view deck, which includes seating and a gas BBQ. With Smart TVs throughout the home, you'll have plenty of entertainment options.

House Rules:
- No Parties or Events ($500 fine). 10 guests maximum strictly enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you.
- No smoking of any kind anywhere is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas.
- Due to our API connection and liability, we must have a signed Rental agreement with a copy of your driver's license at the time of booking.
- There is a $500 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is reported.
- Must sign a rental agreement upon booking
Pets: One well-trained dog is welcome at $100 per stay. Please indicate if you'll be bringing your dog when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture; please use the dog bed provided. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture and linens resulting in extra cleaning efforts will be charged accordingly. We have dog food and water dishes and provide pet waste bags.
Guest Access: The entire home is included in the rental. Guests have full access to the private backyard and front yard sitting areas. There is a M-I-L apartment below with separate entrance not available for guest use. It is not rented out.
Fees, Pricing, and Booking:
- The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
- We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
- We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at the time of booking to protect your stay.
- One complimentary date change if your check-in date is over two weeks away. No date changes are allowed otherwise.
