Villa en posición montañosa con vistas panorámicas al mar y las colinas. Aire acondicionado Jardín con olivos, flores. Se admiten perros 5 habitaciones con 6 baños. 10 + 4 personas pueden dormir. Amueblado con gusto y un delicioso estilo toscano, además, un baño central con bañera. Ideal para familia o grupo de amigos. 2 cocinas. Uno de ellos está fuera de la casa, debajo de una glorieta. Bien amueblado, (cocina con 4 fuegos, horno eléctrico, nevera, lavavajillas) ideal para cenas y pasar tiempo al aire libre bajo una glorieta con pérgola y amueblado con sillones, mesas y sillas. Horno (calentado por leña) o barbacoa rural. Todo esto está inmerso en el maravilloso entorno verde. Terraza con un estupendo panorama con vistas a las colinas y al mar. Piscina privada, amplio solarium y ducha de agua caliente. Está equipado con salones, sombrillas. Cancha de tenis privada. Portón eléctrico privado.

Magical

The house and property have everything a family could want to make a super family vacation! We enjoyed the pool, tennis court, basketball area and ping pong table + the outdoor kitchen and dining area were perfect for our big group. The location to nice towns was also great. The host is super helpful and attentive. Highly recommend in all respects!

Wonderful week in Rosignano Marittimo!

We (7 women from Finland) spent a wonderful week in this villa at the end of September. We had planned to make trips all over Tuscany. But the villa was so great, that we ended up spending much more time there. The villa was clean and well maintained, the garden was beautiful and the pool great. Eleonora was a perfect hostess and very helpfull. There are also wonderfull places to go: we visited Volterra, Livorno, San Giminiano and small towns nearby. When you plan the trips, reserve enough time for driving. It takes more time to drive the narrow roads that go around the hills than you could expect by looking the map. We had a very relaxing week in Rosignano Marittimo and warmly recommend this villa to our friends.

Haus i.O....Garten schön Küche nachlässig ausgerüstet, enge Platzverhältnisse Zu intensive Elektrifizierung (=Elektrosmog) Besonders negativ: Heizkosten (angeblich ab November wie im Inserat erwähnt), zusätzliche Personenberechnung. Folge: wir haben die Folgewoche nicht dazu gebucht...interessant, dass dann keine Heizkosten mehr aufgelistet waren...Preis dann 2200E statt 3000E!!

Schöner Urlaub trotz schechtem Wetter

Nora ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war wenn wir fragen hatten. Die Anlage ist wunderbar und läd zum erholen ein. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub auch trotz Regentage durch die vielen möglichkeiten (Tischtennis, Tischkicker...) geniesen. Kleiner minuspunkt war der Abreisetag, an dem die Putzkolonne sehr zeitig da war und wir dann ein wenig im stress abreisen mussten. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Anwesen, und tolle Vermieter, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Et eventyrlig sted! Alt var på stell! For oss som kom med storfamilie var det perfekt: Rikelig med plass inne og ute, god tennisbane, basket-battle, nydelig pool-område, helt skjermet midt i en vakker olivenlund. Alt var gjennomtenkt og utsøkt. Vi hadde vårt livs uke!

Séjour très agréable

Nous étions 11 et avons pu profiter pleinement des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs proposés sauf pour la piscine car les températures sont plus fraiches en novembre. Il y a tout sur place pour passer un séjour agréable, c'est calme , bien exposé, un bel endroit .

Top Ferienhaus in der Toskana

Das Ferienhaus und Umschwung sind ideal für Ferien mit Bewegung. Basketballkorb, privater Tennisplatz, Pingpongtisch und Pool. Viele Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sowie Tische und Stühle um den Pool, Aussendusche und Toilette - alles vorhanden. Die gedeckte Veranda bietet Schutz vor Sonne, Wind, Regen. Wir konnten auch bei Regen und Temperaturen über 20 Grad alle Mahlzeiten draussen geniessen. Pizzaofen und Grill, geschlossene Aussenküche mit Geschirrspüler und 2 Kühlschränke-alles top! Auf der Veranda hat es auch genügend Liegesessel zum faulenzen. Ebenso hat es überall Licht auch beim Basketballkorb und Pool. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, Nora (Eigentümerin) ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich unverzüglich (schnelle Reaktionszeit).Wir hatten mit dem Aussenlicht nach sehr sehr starkem Regen ein Problem, zuerst kümmerte sich der Gärtner darum und anschliessend kam am selben Nachmittag der Elektriker und behob den Defekt. Betten waren bezogen, Duschtücher mehr als genügend vorhanden. Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Beautiful Villa! Perfect for a large family

Our stay at the villa exceed all of our expetactions. The house and kitchen well stocked, and bathrooms were clean and well mainteined. Nora, the owner was helpufull and very nice. Would liked to have stayed longer.

Truly enjoyed our stay here! The place is very well-kept and clean. Lots of space, and great the covered patio outside. And most of all beds were very comfortable. The garden is amazing and the pool was a perfect place to relax and have fun. We really enjoyed every single day. We will definitely be staying here again!

beautifull and fantastic holidaylocation

As already mentioned, the garden is much more beautiful as described. We were there with 7 adults and for younger children. We all enjoyed it! We were only inside to sleep, where we've got enough space for everybody. The area was beautiful. Nora was very helpful. Thanks for that! I only can advice to book this villa!

Großes Haus, super Pool, sehr guter Kontakt, viel Platz

Wir waren mit 12 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) eine Woche in dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer ausgezeichent sowohl während alsauch vor dem Aufenthalt. Das Haus bietet alles, wie auch in der Beschreibung angegeben. Durch die zahlreichen Bäder (5 im Haus, und eines am Pool) Schlafzimmer (5) und die beiden vollwertigen Küchen kann man hier sehr gut mit 12 Personen verweilen. Das Haus war gut geputzt und ausreichend Wäsche (Handtücher und Bettwäsche) vorhanden. Wie man schon auf den Bildern sieht ist die Einrichtung nicht mehr ganz Neu, ebenso die Küchenutensilien, aber alles hat soweit funktioniert. Die Villa können wir empfehlen!!

A treaseure and a pleasure!

We were 3 families totalling 10 people and Nora's villa had more than enough room for us all. Our main concern, with so many of us, was that there would be enough space to have some time out if required. This beautiful, quirky, spacious villa more than provided that. The pool area is lovely and there is plenty to do both inside and out. To be honest, I was happy sitting in the outside veranda reading my book! All the rooms are very well equipped and nice and clean. We loved the outside kitchen and table and chairs. The local village is walkable and takes about 15-20 minutes where you can find fine pizza, pasta, gelato, vino and much more. There are also supermarkets within 10 mins driving distance. This is a fantastic place to kick off your shoes and relax...it was so lovely and so much to keep our boys happy that we didn't really venture too far! My main piece of advice is a) make sure you bring mosquito repellent/after bite stuff and if you want an evening with a pizza chef to use the outside oven you should book this in advance with Nora. Nora is brilliant and was always at the end of a text with any queries we had and not intrusive at all. Book it! You won't regret it and the pictures really don't do it enough justice! Thanks Nora for a fabulous holiday!

Grandioser Urlaub

Als wir ankamen waren wir schlicht überwältigt ! Die Bilder haben untertrieben, in Wirklichkeit ist es noch viel schöner. Wir haben es genossen! Tennis, Pool, wundervolle Familienabende mit Spielen, einfach herrlich und alles, aber auch wirklich alles, was man dazu braucht ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend sowie zuverlässig. Wir überlegen ernsthaft nach vielen verschiedenen Domizilen in Italien DIESE Villa erneut für 2017 zu buchen. *****

A wonderful villa!

The description of the house it's perfect. The villa is beautiful, big, very clean and there are all comforts you need. The owner provided a good service and she is very kind and available for every thing. The villa has many attractions, such as swimming-pool, tennis court..and it's perfect for all ages!! Is also close to the center of Rosignano, to supermarket, sea and restaurants. I and my friend went for two consecutive years and we wishes to return! I recommend everyone to try a holiday in this wonderful villa! You can't forget! Rachele

Tuscany at it's best

We spent a wonderful week at the villa Nora and really appreciated the experience as well as your kind help and recommendations as to where we should spend our time. All four couples felt that the home was more that we could have hoped for. We used the outdoor kitchen often, enjoyed swimming in the pool and cooked pizza and roasted meat in the pizza oven. As we Americans like to say "The whole experience was a home run."

A perfect break

What a superb villa for a carefree holiday. Whilst located in a very secluded setting it is close to the village and easy to find with the detailed instructions provided. The house is full of fascinating features and is well equipped ; the beautiful gardens and the sports facilities available are outstanding. The owner is so very helpful in all respects with excellent advice on local restaurants. Thank you Nora for a wonderful holiday, it was a privilege to have use of your home.

We recommend this property!!!

Clean and very nice villa. We liked it so much and already booked for the next summer. Perfect for exploring Tuscany and having fun and relax with friends. Thw owner is lovely. One week is too short!!!

Tuscany a lovely place...

The villa offers you everything you need to have a great time in the Tuscany! Tennis court, basketball court, two kitchens (one in the house, one outside), a pool (unfortunately it was to coold) a big garden and enough place to stay there with the hole family (more than 5 bedrooms). We enjoyed our time in a well cleaned property with a friendly owner who helped us out as our car broke during our visit. Thanks again to Nora! We thank our friends who propposed this property! Marco

Great holidays!

The villa is huge and nicely decorated. Bedrooms are clean and so cute. Kids loved the Yellows bedroom!!! The garden is amazing with lots of relaxing areas with shade. We spent most of the time at the patio tastiing the red wine, some of them played tennis and kids enjoyed the pool so much!!!!!!! I would definetly raccomend this villa! J.
