The great room provides 180-degree panoramic water views. Relax in the living room with its comfy couch and three cozy chairs. You’ll find three bedrooms with linens and towels provided(and beach towels too during the summer months). The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. A bunk room with four twin beds makes up the second bedroom, and a third bedroom/study has a very comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed and a desk with a printer and monitor for any work needs. A full Jack- and-Jill (shared) bathroom is conveniently located between the second and third bedrooms. A half bath is off the hallway near the entrance.

There's seating for 8 outdoors along with a charcoal grill for outdoor cookouts. Head down the dock ramp to your private float (available from mid-May to mid-October), perfect for swimming, kayaking, or just reading a book while you take in the ocean views. No kayak? No problem—two local kayak rental businesses deliver and pick up! Just be aware that at low tide, the float is grounded for a few hours.

Go for a hike on the numerous Harpswell Heritage Trust trails, but you must check out the Giant's Stairs trail on Bailey Island, which follows the rocky coastline with gorgeous views of eastern Casco Bay and the crashing waves below. Harpswell also has a few year-round as well as seasonal stores, including fun things for kids- Pammy's Ice Cream Parlour and Orr's Island Candy.

Portland is 50 minutes away and is a foodie mecca with over 800 food establishments, ranging from fine-dining restaurants to local eateries and food trucks, and it is home to 16 breweries. Catch a Portland Sea Dog game, the AA affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, during the summer. Drive down to the Portland Head Light and take in the gorgeous scenery in Fort William Park.
