Everything was perfect. Check-in and WiFi and front door code were all easily accessible and function very well. Would stay here again! Comfortably slept 6 adults.

Whitefish/Glacier National Park trip

We had a great time in Whitefish peaceful pine resort. Whitefish is a nice little town not far from the unit. Make sure to visit the city park on whitefish lake. The unit is not to far from Glacier National park. The management company was very responsive to questions day or night. Ptarmigan village is the community the unit is in. They have a great pool and jacuzzi area , tennis courts and a nice pond. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again if we go back to visit Glacier. There is plenty of shampoo : ) I also left bear spray in the unit. Thank you for a wonderful trip to a beautiful place. Take care and God bless.

Whitefish / Glacier National Park September 9-19

We had a great time in Whitefish peaceful pine resort. Whitefish is a nice little town not far from the unit. Make sure to visit the city park on whitefish lake. The unit is not to far from Glacier National park. The management company was very responsive to questions day or night. Ptarmigan village is the community the unit is in. They have a great pool and jacuzzi area , tennis courts and a nice pond. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again if we go back to visit Glacier. There is plenty of shampoo : ) I also left bear spray in the unit. Thank you for a wonderful trip to a beautiful place. Take care and God bless.

Better than expected

This place was amazing!! I was really afraid this place would be a scam, because I thought it was too good to be true. Luckily, it was not a scam. I did have trouble finding the door and getting in the first time because it was in the dark. The key card to the pool area was hanging up. This place has a lot of stairs. Two spiral staircases inside and a bunch of stairs outside. This was fine for us, but if you have trouble with stairs or are older this is not the place for you. The stairs are very steep. You have to take the stairs.. there’s no way around it. This place also had a tennis court and pickle ball area (not sure where to get the equipment, but maybe it’s at the office?). The pool was larger than it seems in the picture. There was also a foosball table in the club house! My son was obsessed with that! There was also a basketball hoop and play ground. My son is 5, so the playground was a life saver. It’s also near a pond. We had fun going over there and exploring. I definitely recommend this place for families with children.

Comfy, with nice location

Peaceful Pine Retreat was perfect for our group of six. It was well-supplied and clean. A few minor maintenance issues, mentioned in previous reviews, are still needing attention. The circular steps are truly steep, as mentioned in the listing. Our group enjoyed the beautiful indoor pool and hot tub just down the hill. The condo is a middle unit, but we never heard the neighbors. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

Nice experience

Host was very helpful and responsive, accurate photos, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful location, nice accommodations. Due to the stairs and spiral staircase, would not recommend for people with disabilities or young children.

Family vacay

We had a lot of fun at the lake, sitting on the patio, and the beds were comfortable. I honestly would have gone without a tv in each room, but I know people like that. It is not that close to Glacier National Park but we found lots to do locally.

Great location

Location was great. Close enough to Whitefish downtown and also Glacier but in a quiet community. Condo was well stocked.

No communication

We were not given the door code until the day after we were supposed to arrive. We could not reach the property owner, and customer service couldn’t either. We were very disappointed with the communication, and with the first level of customer service. Once our issue was escalated, we were given alternate accommodations. The most disappointing part was we had planned this stay around having a central location to do our activities in the area.

Great except for the stairs & temp in July

We really had a great time here. It is a nice space in a good location. Our only frustrations were with the steepness and small stairs on the spiral staircase, and with how hot it stayed in the condo. Granted, it was an unusually hot July, but the AC could not keep up. Otherwise, no complaints!

I wouldn't stay again!

The location was easy to find and would be great if we stayed during skiing season. It's 1 hour away from glacier national park. When we arrived none of the cleaning was done from the previous stay: bedding and towels were still in piles on the neds and in the bathrooms. I contacted the owner, who responded promptly to pick up dirty laundry. He offered to refund the cleaning fee but haven't see that money yet. There was also no welcome book with information like how to access the indoor pool, use the fire place or TVs. There was no wifi even though it was stated in the booking that there was. I reached out to Tim, the owner, 3 times with no response. I eventually got the access code to the indoor pool by asking another family staying in the same place. I was very disappointed with this rental. I won't recommend it.

Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful stay. It was a beautiful area. Tim and Audrey were very responsive to questions. The listing was accurate in its description. When we arrived it looked as though the cleaners had not completed cleaning the lower level. The rest of the condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and extra towels/linens. We really appreciated that they offered a refund for the cleaning fee. We would come back and stay again.
