Absolutely beautiful home! We rented this home for family in town for our son’s graduation from La Tech. The location and amenities were perfect - from the lake view to the layout of the house. I would definitely book again on future visits to the area. Thank you, Beverly!

This place is incredible. Love the floor plan, design & decor. Wish we were able to stay longer! Best kept secret for parents with kids at LATech. The hotels are terrible!

Beautiful home

We stayed for the weekend of our son’s wedding which was a short drive from the house. The house was beautiful. Very well kept and exactly how it’s described, peaceful, fantastic views, and spacious. Will definitely stay again for future events.

Peaceful Getaway

The property was beautiful, an interior decorators dream! The weekend was a getaway for us to cater to my great aunts. They absolutely loved the house and the views. Our hosts were amazing and they were really great at communicating. They even left some yummy snacks to welcome us. I would definitely book with them again!

Graduation memories!!!

We rented for out of state relatives to be in one space to celebrate my sons high school graduation. This house is AMAZING. The views are beautiful, the property is so serene and peaceful. The owners are so accommodating and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be booking again

Amazing, Beautiful Property

Blue Heron is a must! This property is absolutely beautiful, spacious, charming, and peaceful with all of the extra features you need for an event or just a weekend getaway! The hostess was extremely prompt with her responses to my questions leading up to our stay. She also was very thoughtful and left a very sweet thank you note and a beautiful ornament for us as a keepsake.

Wonderful location for Tech graduation

Blue Heron was the perfect location for our family who were in Ruston for a LA Tech graduation. The house and grounds are even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The house was spacious and the kitchen extremely well stocked. An added bonus were the cookies, blue Heron ornament, and snacks that greeted us when we arrived. Beverly was a very attentive host, which helped make for an excellent experience. The grounds and lake/pond are beautiful and so peaceful. This rental would also make a perfect venue for a small wedding or other special event. Truly a 5 rental property. photos.

The owners communication and availability were spot on. The home is fantastic and the location is perfect for golf and fishing events. Excellent bedding, towels, shower water pressures and kitchen amenities as well as comfortable furniture and beds. Deer in the yard in the early morning hours and while I’m not sure there’s any fish in the pond, it’s a spectacular setting. The only reason I couldn’t rate 100% perfection is the grilling/BBQ situation is less than desirable. I will definitely stay here again.
