This studio is designed for comfort and functionality in an intimate layout. The queen bed is tucked into a quiet sleeping nook with storage space for belongings, towels, and linens nearby. One full bathroom with a shower/tub combo sits just off the sleeping area. The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker so you can prepare meals at your convenience. WiFi is included for streaming and staying connected. The unit has its own private entry and dedicated parking space for one vehicle. Pets are not allowed. Laundry facilities are not available on-site. ☀️ In summer, enjoy easy access to Carmel Beach and coastal walking paths. ❄️ In winter, the studio offers a warm retreat after exploring the town's galleries and dining scene.

This is a studio located behind the main house on a property with three total dwellings. You'll have your own private entry via a shared walkway. Parking is available for 1 vehicle in a dedicated space.

The area is surrounded by several golf courses within a short drive. Getting Around:

Carmel-by-the-Sea is located off Highway 1 along the Central California coast. The studio is approximately 2 hours south of San Francisco and 2 hours north of Big Sur. Monterey Regional Airport is about 10 miles north, roughly a 20-minute drive. Downtown Carmel's main streets are within a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk. Scenic 17-Mile Drive entrance is approximately 3 miles away. Point Lobos State Natural Reserve is about 4 miles south on Highway 1.
