The house was very nice. There was plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family that was staying there. It was very clean and well kept and it was very convenient to access different activities in Cedar city. We liked it very much.

Great place! Worked great for our multi family vacation! 2 levels of rooms with 2 bedrooms a bathroom and game-room downstairs in the basement and 3 bed, 2 bath, kitchen and living rooms upstairs. Easy to get to, had pretty much all we needed. There is only one tv in the living-room.

Nice home that accommodates a larger group. Very well appointed and planned. The owner has done an excellent job. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Home is located in a good location for access to all areas of Cedar City and the scenic surroundings. Would definitely stay again.

We were baking 80 cupcakes and 100 mini cheesecakes for my wedding, there was plenty of space to work and lots of kitchen supplies to make it easier for us. The host was super accommodating with the wedding craziness, they were so kind and understanding. The house was beautiful, plenty of towels and extra blankets for everybody.

Host was great with communication and took care of an issue we had within 20 minutes! The house was clean and decorated nicely. Slept like I was in my own bed and I NEVER do that! Game room was very fun. House number is lit up for nighttime, each room has charging ports - lots of little things that went above and beyond a normal VRBO. Best stay I've ever had in a VRBO I'd say!

Positives: Updated and clean; owner is attentive but not overbearing (no long lists of rules and expectations); great location; plenty of bedroom space. Negatives: probably not a great property if you plan to hang out a lot; needs more seating (gave this feedback to the owner and they seemed very receptive to the suggestion)Property was perfect for our group of 6 sisters!

Wonderful property!

This home was the perfect size for our family to come stay! The beds were so comfy, checkin was super easy, host was very responsive, and everything was very clean and they had super nice towels! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning and everything was super user easy to use! Plenty of dishes to use, laundry room available, a fun game room for the kiddos. I would definitely stay here again.

Short getaway

We had an amazing stay at this house! The amenities were top-notch, and the entire place was spotless when we arrived. The owners were incredibly easy to work with and kept great communication throughout our stay. The game room was a huge hit with the kids, and they spent hours enjoying it. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and fun getaway.We were there to visit my niece who goes to SUU.

The kitchen is a rather large kitchen, clean and nice with every amenity and spice. I guess could ask for. The laundry room has new washer and dryer and is extremely large.

I also loved how centrally located it is for day trips—Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, and Duck Creek Village are all less than an hour away. I fully remodeled the house with vacationers in mind, creating a comfortable, stylish, and convenient home base for your Southern Utah adventure.
