It is home to world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment options, as well as beautiful residential towers and beachside hotels. The area features a vibrant atmosphere with outdoor cafes, lively street performances, and plenty of opportunities for relaxation and recreation. JBR is a top destination for both tourists and locals, offering a true taste of the luxury lifestyle that Dubai is famous for. Whether you're here for a family vacation or a business trip, Marina has something for everyone.
The parking is available in all our properties. Taxis, on the other hand, are easy to find downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber app and Careem app are also great options to book a taxi from your smartphone. Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, hairdressers, restaurants, beauty salon etc.) If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, the Dubai Marina Tram Station and Dubai Metro Station are only few minutes walking away. You can use the tram if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Palm Jumeirah. On the other hand, if you fancy going around Dubai through a train, you can go straight to Dubai Metro Station located on Al Marsa Street and buy yourself a metro card.
