My review...5 stars We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, making it feel welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and communication effortless. The location was also perfect and convenient for everything we had planned, OSU Graduation!!We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!Thank you for accommodating my family!!

The entire house was very neat and clean. The communication with the host was always prompt and detailed. The rooftop deck was perfect for our group as well.

The house is beautiful! They thought of everything to make our stay so easy. Every room had the WOW factor. Great communication from the owners. We have already recommended this rental to our friends. The three parking spaces in the driveway made for easy parking. Everyone said their bed and room was a great place to sleep. Thank you for sharing your home with our family

Great place! Everything set up perfectly for a weekend house rental, beds, baths, spacious rooms, amenities, I would stay in the house again!

Perfect Location

We had the best experience staying at this home. It was clean and nest and they provided everything needed and more. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit to Columbus! Also, the East Market is a fabulous place to walk to for all varieties of food!

The house is gorgeous and very nice all around. But we did have issues and while the host was very responsive in communicating, they were aware of preexisting problems and did not have those resolved prior to us checking in. - AC did not work upstairs for first day and a half. Immediately after checking in, it was clear the AC wasn’t working but the host kept telling us to be patient and that it would cool down. He was clearly just trying to push it late enough to not have a technician come after-hours. When the technicians arrived the next day, they told us they’d been just a few weeks prior and the issues weren’t resolved. The host did not offer any partial refund or anything to compensate for the issues for 1 of our 2 nights sleeping in a very hot house. - Fruit flies everywhere- Towels too small- Bedroom light flickers- Door handle to backyard fell off (we fixed it)- Water leaking from ceiling on second floor from the AC unit. - All of the “shampoo” and “body soap” dispensers were filled with hand soap

Family and football weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Club 300. The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Our extended family was in town so we spent most of the weekend watching college football and visiting. The smart TVs made it easy to stream several games. There’s a lovely rooftop patio and we appreciated the extra touches like reading lamps and charging stations in the bedrooms.

My family came for my graduation and we loved it! Everything was well-organized, and the host's communication was on point. Not only were they hospitable, but the ambiance was perfect too.
