•Bedroom 1: 1 king bed with premium linens for restful nights.

•Bedroom 2: 1 king bed with cozy bedding for comfort.

•Bedroom 3: 1 king bed with a bunk bed and trundle, accommodating 3 additional guests.

•Living Spaces: 2 pull-out couches across separate living rooms for flexible sleeping.

This home offers two welcoming living rooms, giving everyone room to relax. The main living room features a cozy fireplace and smart TV, perfect for movie nights or quiet evenings in. A second living area with a pull-out couch creates extra space for lounging or accommodating guests. Step outside to the fenced backyard, where you’ll find a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, an inviting spot to gather and unwind under the open sky.

Located in the heart of Lehi, this home is just one block from the Legacy Center and Pool, a family favorite for swimming and recreation. You’ll be only 5 minutes from Thanksgiving Point, home to world-class museums, the Butterfly Biosphere, Ashton Gardens, and seasonal festivals. We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the back door.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
