Luxury 420 apartment in enchanting Morovis with AC, WIFI,Bio bidet, full kitchen

Located in Morovis, this charming apartment is a dream. I built with my father during the COVID pandemic. I stayed and worked in this unit for three years and found it to be a wonderful place to be and enjoy Puerto Rico. You’ll find a five stage water filter system, full kitchen with all the utensils and cooking needs, movie screen projector, smart tv, an office area with wireless printer, a luxury shower, Bio Bidet toilet seat with multiple functions and many more amenities. Everything you see has been selected by me to provide you with a luxury stay in the middle of the a great place. The hideaway has spacious bedroom with an extremely comfortable king-sized bed, luxury closet, motorized projection screen with projector, AC, WiFi, a hairdryer, an iron and a full- sized sofa bed in the living room.

Please note: That the house is located between two major roads and across the street from a gas station, so it can be loud at times especially on the weekends. In the bedroom earplugs are provided.

The host was super friendly and helpful with directions. The apartment is secure, cozy and furnished with cups and pans and everything you need with a large 70” WiFi TV. The fridge has an ice dispenser and there’s A/C. Thanks again for the wonderful unit.

Great place to stay, felt like a home.

It was very cozy and a nice secure property. It felt like a home, not like a vacation/rental property, which is a good thing. The bed was super comfortable. Nice helpful owners as well.

Wonderful!

James' hideaway is just wonderful. He thought of everything a guest might want and/or need and then some! Modern conveniences in a thoughtfully decorated apartment hidden away in a quaint home ... the perfect getaway location. He immediately responded to my questions and his property manager was on sight to greet us and provide another level of customer service. Definitely, would stay again and highly recommend!

James and his family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was gorgeous and fully equipped with everything advertised—plus some wonderful surprises. The new hot tub was a highlight, especially in the calm, beautifully arranged space where it was located.The main bedroom felt like stepping into a private movie theater — the projector, big screen, and surround sound system were absolutely incredible!The mountain views in and around the property were simply breathtaking. Each day brought a new, stunning scene that felt almost unreal.One of the greatest amenities was the peace of mind. With solar power and a full backup system, plus a water reservoir and high-quality filtration system, we never had to worry about losing electricity or water — which is essential in Puerto Rico, especially while vacationing. The gated entry outdoor lighting & security cameras ensured our family and vehicle were always secure. It’s also 420-friendly, so you can fully unwind and enjoy everything Puerto Rico has to offer!James truly thought of everything his guests might need. He responded quickly to all of our questions and was incredibly informative throughout our stay. He genuinely made us feel the warmth of Puerto Rican family love This property is a true mountain hideaway — peaceful, private, and unforgettable.We can’t wait to come back again!Thank you with Love again James from my family to yours!

Im original from New York but live in Massachusetts. I enjoy helping people and have a full-time job helping the developmentally disabled live a full and complete life. The reason I host is to allow people an opportunity to see a part of Puerto Rico I love and called home. Most people stay in the metro but this is real island living but from a luxury standpoint.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I originally didn’t choose this community. My parents did when they lost their house during Hurricane Maria and my ex and I decided to buy this house for them to live. I learned to love it because of its close proximity to everything but a good distance from all the hustle and bustle of the metro. Morovis has a great ecological environment, the locals are good people and there is active scene on the weekends and holidays. The community is very family friendly and is a LGTBQ+ safe neighborhood.

What makes this property unique is all the luxury amenities provided, from the office work area, property covered in a WiFi mesh, high speed Ethernet cable is in the room, 5 stage water filtration system, the kitchen fridge makes it 6 stage filtration system, projector screen in the bedroom, smart tv in the living room; most of the lights and blinds are remote controlled, there is a luxury bathroom and shower. There is a PS5 available upon request.
