We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. HOUSE RULES: **Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.** 1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 16 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation. 3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 4. Must be 25 years and older to book. 5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied. 6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time. 7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind. 8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee. 9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances. 10. Rental Agreement Please read and sign the agreement below Guest and Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).
THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.
OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of number of guests. If

Perfect location and view!!
Great place to stay with a perfect location! Perfect place for your friends or family to stay for a getaway in San Diego. It was more of a fun place to stay than a luxury property but it was just what we were looking for.

Our two families enjoyed our stay. The host answered questions quickly, the linens were clean and beds were mostly comfortable. However we did have some bumps along the way. The kitchen was not fully stocked, no oven ready dishes or pans, not even having ice, can opener, wine bottle opener, salt pepper or oil. We have stayed at dozens of VRBO’s around the world and to not have any condiments in the fridge or on the shelves was unexpected, but we purchased. We never could figure out the lighting outside on deck as there was no labeled remote to control it, nor how to turn off the lighting in the beautiful space upstairs, which didn’t have a switch. The seating in the main level living room was worn and awkward but we spent most of the time outside in the dark with the lovely views.The Pickelball court was a fun addition and the hot tub was relaxing and an enjoyable space after a day at the beach. If the above items and some minor repairs are addressed this rustic and unique space would be an excellent place for two or three families to share.
