House Rule:Booking confirms acceptance of rules. Guest agreement sent after booking. Must sign and verify ID to receive access info. Pets: Dogs only (max 2) with written approval. ESAs are treated as pets. Service animals must be disclosed. $40/dog/night. Deposit if 5+ nights.


Guests will have full, private access to the house. Self-check-in is available making your arrival seamless.

The Space

Bedrooms:
Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed with queen-sized beds, luxurious linens, and ample storage space. Whether you’re in town for a short trip or an extended stay, these cozy and inviting rooms ensure everyone gets a great night’s sleep.

Living Room:
Relax in the open-concept living area, featuring a large sectional sofa, a smart TV with streaming services, and plenty of natural light to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Kitchen:
Cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. Perfect for family dinners or quick snacks before heading out to explore the city.

Bathrooms:
• 2 full bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries to meet all your needs.
• 1 half-bath for added convenience.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy the fenced backyard with a covered patio, outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or family cookouts.

● Parking: You can park 4 cars in driveway and street parking available
● Backyard: The backyard is not available this season.
●Strict no-party policy; guests are requested to maintain quiet after 11 pm and respect the neighbors
● Climate Control: You can not adjust the themo stat yourself. It will be preset between 68-72. The house currently lacks a heating system because the city is relocating the gas line, so there won't be any heat until December. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
● Laundry: The laundry room is available.
●Other note: the neighbor dog on the left is very aggressive. Please limit the use of the side and back entrances, using them only for emergencies, as the dog will bark excessively when you pass by.
●There are some small steps inside the house (between the dining room, living room, and bathroom), so please watch your step.
● Please do not enter the basement.
