The house was perfect for what we needed! Everything was well prepared for our arrival, and we had more than enough space for the night. Also, the view over the lake is wonderful.

I would definitely recommend this property! It was nicely furnished and decorated, clean, very well stocked, and had a beautiful view with plenty of outdoor seating. The host was quick to answer any questions.

House was perfect for our family. Good sized rooms for parents with children, great spaces to gather and have fun. Outside areas afforded plenty of safe yards to run and play.

Family Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The views are amazing. There are plenty of activities provided at the house for people of all ages to enjoy. The garage is a nice hang out spot for everyone with a lot of game tables, and accommodations for a variety of sports. Our kids, ages 12-19, were kept entertained. The beach access is amazing. Plus, there are so many things to do within 30 minutes of this property. The house is well appointed with everything you need for a great stay! The owners were responsive from booking to checkout!

Amazing House

The house was simply stunning. The views and location make it the perfect spot for a get away to Erie. There are many wineries within a very short drive and very close to downtown. House was so clean and had plenty of kitchen necessities for preparing family meals. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect house for a group!

The location of this beautiful house is perfect for a stay in Northeast and for access to Erie proper and Presque Isle. We were in town for a Penn State Behrend graduation. The lake views are spectacular and so restful - and we loved the beach area for skipping rocks and listening to the waves. We had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together and time apart. The multiple patios and the pool table were highlights! The kitchen is well-appointed and we loved discovering the surprise bar and game area! The host is very responsive and check-in and check-out were very easy. We all can't wait to return to this lovely property!!

Can’t wait to stay again!!

Beautiful, clean, relaxing home with tons of space and amazing Lake views! Our group had 11 people (girls weekend) and we had more than enough room. The host also provides more than a typical rental, and we only had to bring food/drink. Even though the weather was cool and rainy, we had a great time enjoying the lake views, looking for beach glass and relaxing inside the spacious living area playing games and drinking wine. What a great time. Honestly I am looking to book again. Thank you Kathy and Ethan!

Beautiful Lakeside property

Wonderful spacious house on the shore of the lake. Beautiful views and interior is well decorated and comfortable too. Everything we needed was provided and in good quantities. There a several places to be separated, or the kitchen is big enough to all be together. Furniture and beds were comfortable and outdoor spaces were very inviting although our weather was not great. Sunset at the beach was beautiful but you can see it perfectly from the house too. Communication with owner was great. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Plenty of games for the kids to use.Very well stock with supply's like soap paper products ect. Great serenity.

Great spot for a family get away

What a great property for a family get away. Everyone had their own space with lots to do. A large enough table for our family meals was an added benefit. You can’t possibly be bored with the all the games available, a fire pit, a walk along the lake or the views. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect property for multi-family use

The property had beautiful views of the lake. You can hear the calming waves coming into the shore from the master bedroom as well, rocking you to sleep at night. The property was great for 3 separate families, providing ample space for each family to have their own area and bathrooms. Great location near the wineries in the area as well.

Beautiful Lake Front Home

This large home has lake views from many rooms, including two of the six bedrooms. The owners are so easy to work with and have supplied the house with tons of amenities. We had a large group, but we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors with two porches and two decks. This house is in a great location with many easy to drive to wineries. I would highly recommend staying here.
