THE SPACE



This exceptional loft feels more like a private residence than a rental. With a private gated entrance, riverside patio, and thoughtfully designed interior, it's perfect for those seeking space, comfort, and upscale amenities. Exposed brick walls, soaring open ceilings, and oversized windows create an airy, light-filled atmosphere throughout.



Private Patio: Tucked behind a privately fenced gate on charming cobblestone. Two cozy egg chairs and mosaic bistro table with seating for four. Serene river views and sounds create a peaceful escape in the heart of Providence. Secondary ramp entrance provides accessible access for guests with mobility needs.



Living/Dining Room: Two comfortable sofas (including premium queen sleeper) arranged around coffee table. Built-in entertainment center with mounted TV. Dining table seats 6. Wooden bar area stocked with Moscow mule starter kit for guests to enjoy.



A Note About Our Sleeper Sofas: After testing countless options, we invested over $15,000 upgrading to premium sleeper sofas across our properties. These aren't your typical uncomfortable pull-outs—even adults get great sleep on them.



Kitchen: Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners.



Bedrooms: Two beautifully designed bedrooms set against exposed brick walls with oversized windows and soaring open ceilings throughout (walls do not extend to ceiling, maintaining the loft's open feel).

★ Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, oversized closet, desk, additional chair, and two exits for easy access to dining area or full bathroom. White noise machine provided.

★ Secondary Bedroom: Queen bed, wardrobe storage, conveniently located off living room. White noise machine provided.

★ Full Bath: Luxurious whirlpool tub with dual showerheads and double vanity. Note: Whirlpool tub is deeper than standard, with higher edge when stepping in to use shower.

Both fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryer. In-unit stackable washer and dryer across from bathrooms.

This striking red-brick industrial building was once part of the historic Stillman Foundry. Thoughtfully converted into modern loft-style apartments with premium sound-dampening windows ensuring peaceful, quiet living. The structure retains its architectural charm with exposed brick walls, oversized factory-style windows, and soaring ceilings—creating the signature industrial-chic character.

No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.

This apartment is located in the corner of a main road which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.

Great location that was about a 20 minute walk from downtown, 10 minute walk from the Amtrak station. No noise apart from some traffic. Having access to laundry and a full kitchen was really nice. The only heads up I’d give, not related to the property itself, is that the crosswalk to reach it doesn’t have a walk sign and felt occasionally unsafe.

Great loft space with private off-street parking. I especially loved the outdoor patio. The view and sound from the canal was peaceful and serene. Spend any a night sitting outside reading.
