An open-concept kitchen with island seating for four flows into a versatile living area featuring a queen sleeper sofa, mounted TV, and dedicated workspace. Down the hall, a spacious bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom provide a private retreat. Step through the sliding glass doors to your own deck with hammock seating, then through the gate to the shared backyard oasis.



Kitchen: Full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all cookware, utensils, and dishes you'll need.



Living Area: Queen sleeper sofa, mounted flat-screen TV, and sunny workspace nook with desk and chair. Natural light from the sliding glass doors creates an energizing atmosphere.

The apartment is located on the first floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Getting Around:

If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.

​​The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use.
