This 3-bedroom apartment in Punta del Este is perfect for your escape. You will fall in love with the Brava and Mansa views. There's a comfortable living room, fully equiped kitchen and nice dinning room for unforgetable family and friends gatherings. With 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 full beds, it's a fabulous space for guests to relax. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bidet, and hair dryer for added convenience. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating, and a washing machine during your stay. Beach seats and umbrella are available. There is no garage parking, you can safely park for free in a public parking in front of the building.
The apartment is near the best Punta del Este Península attractions. A perfect combination of nature and night and day amusement. You can walk to waves and surf beaches, quiet beaches, the port. From the window you can see Gorlero, the city strip full of restaurants, fine shops and services. It's easy to access other beautifull beaches and places to visit by car, taxi or bus. Taxi stop is some steps from the entrance, and Bus Terminal is one block ahead. Nogaró Cassino is in the same building.
You can ask for cleanning service every day. Maids clean and make everything tidy, but they don't wash dishes. A set of bed and bath linen is available at arrival. It won't be replaced, you can wash if you find it necessary.
There are heaters for winter, and fans for summer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
My family and I love Punta del Este Península. You can stay in touch with nature, by walking all the "Punta" from de Brava side. You can also find amusement and noise in Gorlero, night and day. Summer mornings, we go for a bath and sufing. We can lunch empanadas or green corn in the beach. If it's windy near Los Dedos, we take our beach seats to whatch the sunset in the Mansa, having "mate and bizcochos". There is always something funny and beautiful places to visit at any time and climate.

The place is very comfortable and spacious. Is perfect for relax. Also for family and friends gatherings. You go to bed with the unstoppable sound of waves. Moon rise over the Brava is unique. To sit in the glass balcony during sunset is wonderful!! Not to mention storms and colofull rainbows!
