The main common area is the open living room and kitchen, with upgraded chef appliances, perfect for entertaining and a dinning table that seats eight. The main deck is accessible from the living room allowing an ease of indoor and outdoor living. The home features a wrap around porch with 360 degree views.

There are plenty of bike rental shops, public pickle ball courts, lacrosse field and playground for the Olympic Valley complex.

The Truckee River flows nearby with a paved path all the way to the lake, bike to Lake Tahoe and enjoy the day at Commons Beach.

COFFEE & TEA: The home has a Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee machine and a tea kettle.

REJUVENATION: At Lunabase we value wellness amenities. Our community understands the importance of a balanced body and mind. We stock our BASES with yoga mats and foam rollers for stretching. We can arrange in-home massages.

CONCIERGE SERVICE: We strive to go above and beyond for our guests. Lunabase is happy to provide additional lifestyle and recreation amenities through our Dack app, after booking is complete. We have paddle boards, full-size cribs, a twin bed, strollers and high chairs, birthday cakes, charcuterie boards, `stock your fridge` options and so much more! It is our pleasure to help personalize your trip.

Lunabase has the same cleaning and service standards as a luxury hotel.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: We take additional steps to reduce the spread of infectious diseases with rigorous cleaning procedures.

We ask that guests observe quiet hours between 9pm-9am.

There is a complimentary, on-demand, Mountaineer Shuttle that runs December through April. The app is simple to use.

Short Term Rental Permit is held with Placer County.

Please note, Placer County mandates a 12.5% occupancy tax that is added to the booking.

A $1500 security deposit will be taken in the form of a pre-authorized hold on your credit card through our app. It will be released 7 days after your check-out.

Cancellations made within the cancellation period are subject to a payment processing fee of 3.9% plus $0.30 for any deposits collected.
