Enjoy 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms all on the main level. Downstairs has laundry and beach supplies. The house has a fantastic front porch with breathtaking views or enjoy the back tucked away from the wind.



This property has two access gates for gated parking. Enter on the bottom level where the outdoor shower, half bath and laundry are located. The stairs lead you up to the patio and living area. Or enter from the top gate and have direct access to the top yard with pool and front door entrance into the house.



Guests have mostly full access to the property, the garage is locked.

This is a hilly neighborhood with friendly faces around every corner!



We recommend having a vehicle rented or an ATV for this location. We can help you get this arranged.



In regards to children: It is your responsibility to watch your children.



When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power and water outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved.
