The space
The house has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, 1 swimming pool with jacuzzi, this kitchen is fully equipped with a 500 litre fridge and a dishwasher, the dining room sits 20-24 people. The house has a small indoor garden which helps to create a peaceful feeling with a sofa right in this house garden. Common rooms such as living room, dining room, kitchen or entertainment area with billiards table can all see the sea, hear the sound of sea waves, create a very peaceful feeling for guests to stay. 6 bedrooms with large beds with super king size of 1,95 meters wide, making it possible for families with small babies to sleep comfortably with their parents. The 7th bedroom consists of 2 floor beds, the lower floor is 1.6 meters wide and the upper floor is 1.2 meters wide. Premium materials in the bedroom such as premium independent spring mattress, microfiber pillows and blankets, pillow cases, blankets and 100% cotton sheets make your sleep sound. The pool table is located in the heart of the living room, making it fun for guests to entertain their family members.
Guest access
Terracotta Villa guests will have access to the entire space of the villa without having to share the space with any one other person. Guests have access to all the rooms and equipment in the house including swimming pool, pool table, washing area, kitchen, living room, 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
Other things to note
The house is located right on the street front making it easy for customers to access and park right on the premises of the house. The back of the house is the beach to help the house have a great view from the common space such as living room, dining room, kitchen when customers can see the sea and hear the sound of the waves. A note for guests is that from November to end of April every year, the sea of Phan Thiet area is usually dynamic in the afternoon, and quieter in the morning. Also, this time, due to changes in the direction of the wind, the beach often has rubbish from the estuary hitting the bank. We always try to clean up the garbage in the beach part in front of the house. However, the beach in the other area may have trash and look off the landscape. Customers are encouraged to use the pool during this time. Since it is located right at the sea front, where a lot of natural insects such as mosquito flies live. The house is equipped with mosquito nets at all the doors of the house and the windows. Rental guests are encouraged to keep glass doors closed to prevent insects from entering inside the home.

Additional rules

1. Noise reduction after 9pm No outdoor karaoke after this time.
2. Rinse the sea sand after bathing with an outdoor hose before entering the pool
3. Turn off all electrical appliances such as air conditioners, light fans when not used when going out or at night to ensure safety.
4. No grilling food in the landscaped garden in the house. Please grill your food outdoors at the backyard area by the pool, or the front yard of the parking lot for cars.
