* Dining Room: Dining Table with 6 chairs; additional chair and table extension can be requested.
* Bedroom: There is a queen-sized bed in each of the bedrooms, with dedicated workstation, multi-outlet extension cord and comfortable computer chair. An additional plush queen size blanket is tucked away if you needed it. A set of towels will be provided for each guest. A full-sized iron and iron board are in one of the bedrooms. Please note that there is no TV in the bedroom.
* Kitchen: The kitchen is very spacious and well stocked with kitchen utensils, basic spices, coffee and tea. Drip Coffee, Cappuccino & Late Machine are provided.
* Bathroom: newly renovated; shampoo, conditioner, body wash and first aid kit will be provided.

* The guest will pay for the gas, electricity and water since we have reduced the rent and would like to guest to be comfortable and responsible for the energy consumption. When we lived there, it is about $200/month.
