***The Chattahoochee Rail House is located next to the historic train track that goes down a main road downtown. ****You will hear the train from this property and it can be loud. Although this adds to the charm of the Rail House, the noise could be an inconvenience to some. Please consider that when booking. For those guests excited to see a train travel down the middle of a street, the house has views from the front porch and upstairs windows.

HOUSE RULES:

*Guest must E-sign our rental agreement.

*No Unregistered guests allowed.

****We love a good party but not here! NO parties or gatherings! No bachelor/bachelorette parties, bridal showers, baby showers, etc.
Ring doorbell at the front porch and a noise level monitor in property. If there is a party or gathering in the home, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately and be responsible for any damage and extra cleaning charges. If the cops are called a $300 fee will be billed to guest to compensate for the time involved remediating the situation with neighbors and the police.

*No smoking! If the home smells of any kind of smoke a $300 fee will be billed to guest.

*Check out is at 10:00 AM. This is very important for turnover for the next guest. If checkout has not occurred by 11:00AM without prior approval, an extra fee of the current nightly rate will be charged; this does not grant or pay for another night. Automatic lock codes are deactivated at check out time.

*We love dogs! They are allowed but they do require extra cleaning. There is a $180 non-refundable fee which covers the extra deep cleaning required to eliminate all hair and smells for the next guest.

*Any pet damage to the home will be billed to the guest.

*NO cats (owner and housekeeper have severe allergies to cats)

* You understand the property is right next to the train track that travels down a main road in Columbus. You will hear the train from this property. Although this adds to the charm of the house, the noise could be an inconvenience to some. Please consider that when booking.

*Quiet time is 10pm to 7am. Please respect the neighbors.

* Property has one Wi-Fi ring doorbell camera. The camera captures the front walkway and part of the front porch. The camera records audio and visual per motion sensor and operates 24/7. Host can access camera via ring app at any time. There are no cameras on the interior of the building.

*You understand the fireplace is non functional.

*MANDATORY monthly cleaning fee required for all stays over 30 days. Cleaning scheduled every 30 days to maintain condition of property.

*You understand this is Georgia and you may see a bug or two. The home has regularly scheduled pest control services but seeing a bug in a home in Georgia is possible. Usually you will see a dead one that has come in from outside and fell to its pest control fate.
