This unit is housed in the Cliff building, which is a slope-side luxurious building that is part of the Cliff Club (a 5 star rated resort at Snowbird). The unit is in the time share area of the building; the other wing is a hotel. Renting from timeshare owners gives guests free access to the spa, pool, and gym on the 9th floor. Amenities include the gym, exercise classes, eucalyptus and dry saunas, with massage services being available for an additional fee. In addition, a full pool and spa are located for the general hotel/timeshare visitors off the 3rd floor. Both are open year round. The unit itself is a spacious apartment, with two large bedrooms and a centrally placed room with a kitchen and a sleeper sofa and a dining area. There are three terraces, and the centrally placed one has a hot tub.
