Bring your large group to enjoy our HOUSE and BARNDOMINIUM! We have a very spacious ranch-style home and barndo about 80 yards apart that sleeps up to 40 people combined in 13BRs! (new space to sleep 10 more in Feb.2026) It has a gated entrance that offers privacy & security. Located 23 min to KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
The house is a 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom home that will sleep 15 max. It has a huge living room that is about 1000 sqft with a 86" smart LG TV. Master suite has nice size bathroom connected with a shower and jacuzzi soaker tub. Front porch is screened-in and very spacious. The back patio has a propane grill. * Gated entrance with long private drive: every guest has a uniqued 4 digit code to enter.
* Parking: lots of parking in front of the garage or along the drive in front of the house.

The main level has a big gathering space that has a kitchen, dining, and living room with a 70" smart Vizio TV. A laundry is located in the loft studio. The living room is connected to 4 brs/2 bathrooms on the north side and 3brs on the south side. The loft also has an upper deck with stairs that go to the fenced-in back yard.
