Four bedroom log cabin, less than 5 miles to Lane Stadium!

This charming log home is ideally situated between Blacksburg and Christiansburg, making it perfect for VT events, extended visits at the LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, swim meets at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center, or any Radford activities.

The upstairs features a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a room with twin bunk beds. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are also located upstairs. Downstairs, you'll find an additional living space with a pull-out couch, two more bedrooms, and another bathroom. All linens are provided. Enjoy your morning coffee and tea or host a pre-game cookout on the expansive two-level deck and spacious backyard.

Please note that the home may pose challenges for guests with mobility issues due to the kitchen being located upstairs. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, as we want everyone to have enjoyable stay.

Great stay at the cabin!

Thank you for the excellent accomodations. Location to downtown Blacksburg was perfect. Cabin was as described in the listing. Plenty of room for our group of six adults.

Very private and clean…great spaces with huge yard and a lot of outside seating. Very well stocked and very comfortable. Kati was very responsive on small issue that was resolved. Centrally located for us and easy to get everywhere easily.

Perfect cabin near Blacksburg!

Friends and family had a wonderful stay at this cabin very close to Blacksburg! We enjoyed a basketball game, campus tour, dinner on Main Street and a nice quiet home to come back to. Kati was a great host!

Great house in a great location!

The house was wonderful, Kati was awesome to deal with. There’s a large deck and a big flat backyard. Great access to food and shopping, great location for Tech games etc.

Nice family house

We came to visit our VT freshman and he enjoyed hanging out in a "home". The house was immaculate, beds were comfy and we were close to everything! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place for our family to spend Easter with our daughter who is attending VT. Close to campus and places to get groceries and places to eat. Kati was always very responsive and always helpful. Thank you Kati!!

Just what we needed

We needed a place to stay the night before the Metallica concert and this was just what we needed! Location was close enough to VT that it was a quick and easy commute. The house was clean and well organized. Loved having a couple rooms downstairs and a couple upstairs for our two families.

VT Competition Weekend

Our daughter had a horse show at Virginia Tech ( 4 moms and 4 young teens). Perfect location and enough space to relax and prepare for the competition.

Club leadership event!!

Members of my club took a weekend to spend quality time with another! We enjoyed playing plenty of games, watching movies, and cooking meals for each other. The place met all of our needs and allowed us to have an amazing weekend.

This property was perfect for us. Close to Virgina Tech and had everything we needed. Kati was a phenomenal host: responsive, accommodating and pro-actively reached out with info when a big storm was in the forecast.

Short note about me stay

The house was great, 10 minutes to Virginia Tech , uber cost to VT was average 12. During high demand times the price was 25.. The bunk beds seemed a bit short for adults but great for kids.

Cabin Retreat

Owners were very thorough on instructions and where everything was in the home. They made sure to make it clear if we needed anything to not hesitate to reach out. Home was very clean and well stocked(towels,toilet paper,etc) Definitely recommend this property!

Lovely Cabin close to VT

My group stayed here to ski at Winterplace one day and attend the VT women's basketball game another day. This space was perfect for a group of people where most don't need to share beds. Also, the futon is downstairs whereas the main living room is upstairs, so if someone sleeps on the futon they aren't in the main hangout area, which is great. The place was easy to get into, was very cute, and was clean. The only tiny thing we'd have loved is a TV upstairs, since that's where we spent most our time. There was one downstairs by the futon, but that was being used as a bed. Not a big deal though because it forced us to play games and interact more. Definitely recommend this place!

Graduation weekend

Our stay at the four bedroom log cabin was wonderful. We were in town for my son’s graduation from VT and this house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was great and well stocked, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice! Loved the large outdoor deck with a huge wrap around couch. We enjoyed eating dinner outside on the deck! Two nice areas to congregate with ample seating, one upstairs and one downstairs. The proximity to VT was very convenient, about a 10 minute drive. Very quiet and private setting. The host Kati was amazing!! She answered my questions promptly and was so nice to deal with. She even left a graduation treat for us of graduation brownies with grad plates and napkins. Such a nice touch! We felt like she cared about our visit and would do anything to make it great! Whenever I had a question, she was quick to respond. One of the ceiling lights needed a new bulb, and she changed it within hours of my text to her. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Blacksburg area.
