BEACH WHITE VILLA ARUBA se encuentra frente a 3 playas, en el punto más alto de la zona residencial más prestigiosa de Aruba, que es Arashi.
La UBICACIÓN es por las mejores playas que son Boca Catalina, Catalina Cove.
(que es la mejor zona de buceo en aruba) y la playa de Arashi tiene aguas cristalinas y arena blanca. Nuestra casa está ubicada a 1. 5 millas de distancia de los hoteles de gran altura, que es el área con todas las atracciones turísticas, por lo que estamos en una ubicación tranquila. Uno de los lugares de buceo más populares que es el barco Antilla Wreck se puede ver desde la casa. Nuestra casa también se encuentra a aproximadamente 1 milla de distancia del windsurf, kitesurf y diferentes tipos de áreas de deportes acuáticos. La residencia privada en el tercer piso es (170 m2 = 1. 550 tiene una entrada independiente, una cocina grande, 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, una terraza enorme, totalmente amueblada, aire acondicionado y un televisor de pantalla plana en cada habitación. Un magnífico patio que se puede usar para hacer barbacoas, cenar e incluso ducharse ofrece una magnífica vista de las áreas de entretenimiento y las playas del hotel.


Apartamento cuenta con 5 segundos de distancia playa, Aire acondicionado, parrilla, toallas, televisión de pantalla plana, WiFi gratuito, uso gratuito de teléfono para llamadas locales y cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. Lo único que tiene que hacer es traer sus propios alimentos. También tenemos un coche de alquiler disponible para o invitados, y si es reservado vamos a hacer un trato con una empresa de alquiler de coche fiable para usted. Viola está siempre disponible para preguntas y actividades de información. Se alquilan también snorkel y sillas de playa para los huéspedes.

Podemos organizar para usted Segway, tours Seebob, alquiler de coches y restaurantes recomendaría alrededor. Puede encontrar gran tienda de comestibles llamada súper 5 minutos en coche. Restaurantes y shoping mall también unos minutos en coche.

The property is managed well. We enjoyed the pool a lot. The proximity to the best snorkeling in Arguba was key to us. Unit C is reasonably priced, very private.

What a great location to stay at in Aruba! 2 minute walk from two of the best beaches and Aruba. Host was very easy to work with, communicative, and had great recommendations for local activities and restaurants on the island

Great place to stay near 2 beaches

Needed to pick up a few extra nights to stay-Great place for that.We had everything we needed.Viola was great -he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The 2 beaches within walking distance were great. We will definitely come back again.

Simply, magically, lovely.

This is a fantastic site. It’s just across the street from great snorkeling. When we weren’t snorkeling, or sit seeing we were relaxing in the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for a big group. All the bedrooms were well air conditioned which we appreciated during our mid May stay. The kitchen was great with huge arched widows that opened to a nice outdoor breeze every morning. And I can’t say enough about the outdoor deck. Absolutely magic. We spent most of our evenings enjoying ourselves hanging out there. The place was very clean and, contrary to prior reviews, we never saw an insect the entire time. Our hosts were awesome and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Stay

The only thing I would suggest to add is the address to the listing. We had to GPS to Boca Catalina Beach and find the location from the pictures.

You get what you pay for.

This site is a bit misrepresented. They show a picture of the proximity of the site to the ocean that depicts it is just steps away. It is farther than that and you can’t clearly even see it. It is across the street and down the road. There is only AC in the bedroom which leaked condensation on my pillow. The tiny kitchen got very warm, and the oven did not work. There is no table; you can only sit outside. The unit needs a a major update. Very used linens and the towels are very rough. The tiny bathroom is odd. The sink is freestanding in the middle with no counter. Thankfully the bedroom had enough outlets and a mirror for after a shower. I was very disappointed upon arriving, but we made the best of it and thankfully spent most of the day out and about. It is nice to be able to come home at the end of the day to a comfortable place though. This was not that.

We loved Beachwhitevilla

We loved everything about this apartment. We especially loved the location as we could walk to the beach multiple times per day. This apartment offers so much privacy and includes a large outdoor covered area with a huge picnic table and also an uncovered area to lay out in the sun. The king size bed was comfy and we slept well with A/C on. We used the kitchen a lot. It has a nice big fridge and a nice stove. We could easily stay here much longer than 9 days, and we plan to stay here again next time we visit the beautiful island of Aruba. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Right across from the snorkeling beach the tours take people to. Just a few minutes drive from the lighthouse and the Noord shopping area. Beautiful grounds.

No Frills Basement Apartment Next to Fantastic Snorkeling

We rented this place for its location. It's across the street from Malmok where you'll find some of the best snorkeling on the island (boat tours stop here). I wasn't sure what to expect after reading reviews, but this is a basement apartment around the back of the villa. There are no ocean views & you don't have access to the upper level patios shown in the listing. You can use the pool. You are steps to Arashi and Malmok beaches with a designated parking spot. The area leading into the apt is clean with big stone picnic table. When you get to apartment, you will enter through a door with a window (no curtains on this window). If you look right, there's a small galley kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave. It is stocked with utensils, cups, plates (they were not properly washed, had greasy residue on them so we opted to eat out). When you look left as you enter the apt, there is a wooden door (no window) that leads to the bathroom. It's a tight space for the toilet & sink but the shower area is large, nicely tiled. If you look straight ahead as you enter the apt, there's a wooden door with a glass window into the bedroom. That window has a sheer curtain on it to provide privacy. You must walk into the kitchen where the window doesn't have a curtain to get into the bathroom (bring a robe). Bedroom has AC (keep door closed). The kitchen & bathroom were hot, there's a fan but no AC. Bed was comfortable. Bedding clean. Towels clean but hard. Dresser top & drawers needed cleaning.

The towels and sheets were so hard I had to use my own beach towel after I got out of the shower. you need to start using fabric softener. I have it was like I was exfoliating my body when I dried myself.

Nice hideaway

The rental was exactly what it says it was. It was literally walking distance to Arashi beach and snorkeling across the street. The place was very clean and I would definitely stay here again. It was just a 2 night stay bc we extended our vacation while in Aruba.

We had a great stay in Apt. C

The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean. It had everything we needed and we love that beach. It has has a nice outside area including a table in private shaded area and a small pool. We also enjoyed the outside showers.

Nice and clean unit-Comfy bed

We had a great stay and are going back soon. The location was perfect for us and we loved the outside shady eating area. They are working on the outside maintenance of the grounds. It would great if they removed the very worn fabric over the canopy. Other than that, we were happy campers!

Best location for beautiful Arashi beach

We have been coming to Aruba for 20 years but this is our first time in the Arashi area. It is so different from the high rise area. We love the beach, we can snorkel right into the water everyday. We were in apt C the first week and there is only A/c in the bedroom. It was hot cooking dinner. Everything was clean and a very comfortable bed. I would instead suggest Apt A for the outdoor kitchen and lovely eating area. I would definitely return. The upstairs is lovely.

Location great, apartment so-so

Location was fantastic, walking distance to Boca Catalina. The apartment could have been cleaned better, I cleaned up the counters myself and there was visible dirt. The apartment is very dark, the only window that you can see outside is the kitchen window. The other windows are blocked by junk left outside the apartment. It’s unfortunate that I can’t post the pictures that I took to show this and get an accurate description of the apartment. Towels and dishes were old and random. I killed a couple bugs that appeared cockroach like, I can’t say for sure what they were. The first morning, they were hammer drilling outside our bedroom and then turned our water off without notifying us. They said it was an emergency but they could have taken 30 seconds to message us or come to our door to tell us. They did leave us an $11 bottle of sparkling wine after my husband complained to apologize for the inconvenience. With a few upgrades, thorough cleaning, and kinder, courteous service it could be a really great place because the location is incredible.

We called dungeon

The location was great,but the room location was horrible..no cell phone receptions,,wifi was not working ,we were told it is an island wide problem and will have a technician coming to work on it. But not true. There was wifi near thi office,and other places had no issues with WiFi The walk to the room (basement like) was dark and made of bricks which was unsafe.Allover the place there were old broken rusty chairs and other trash like. The bed room was nice,but the bathroom is outside the room so you have to walk by the kitchen which is visible to the outside. Bathroom is tiny,but ok. The problem is poor ventilations ,no suction fan ,just tiny widow.Shower always made a mess no shower curtain The kitchen is not air conditioned ,only one window has a screen ,window shade on a loose stick so it is hard to move and if moved ,no privacy.if you cook any thing you feel too hot and sweaty.no eating area except outside the room,there is huge picnic table. But the mosquitoes can get you and uncomfortable if it is hot and humid. To do laundry it cost$15 a load. .Beach chair are rusty and cost $30 to rent per chair for the week We were told we will help you get a car rental,but just give you name of a rental agent… Once I found another place ,we moved out…we spent only 2 nights out of 8. They refused to issue any refund If you use the apartment for just sleeping and you spend all day and evening out ,it may be ok. .i am vacation owner too,I hate complains. But I had to mention thes.

Mixed Emotions

We had a mixed experience with this property. The location of the property was beautiful, it is within walking distance of Arashi Beach and the bus line, but transportation issues were an ongoing issue during our time. We did not receive access to any onsite car, despite the offer in the VRBO posting. We even attempted to cancel the property less than 24 hours after booking, but were told that they would not refund the money, even though we booked the property specifically because a car was mentioned. The apartment we stayed in lacked privacy, we were adjacent to a garage with a lattice screen, and there was no view from our room or backyard. There were issues in the space when trying to prepare meals, the stove did not work, and when we tried to use the microwave, the breakers were blown for the other room, leaving us without TV and lights for the evening.
