Description:

The entrance can be found on the second level, where you will be welcomed by the spacious family room.  Featuring two sofas, television, card table and coffee bar, the family room opens onto both an open deck and a screened porch.  Two guest bedrooms plus the junior master suite are located on the second level of the home.    The junior master suite features a king bed, ensuite bath and direct access to the screened porch.

 The living area is open-concept and is on the third level.  Comfortable seating arrangements are centered around the fireplace and television.  The adjacent kitchen is nicely appointed and comes with stainless steel appliances.  The dining room set seats eight with three additional seats at the kitchen bar.  The living area has direct access to the sunroom and open deck.  The sunroom has a high-top table with seating for six.   The master suite is also on this level and has a king bed, television, and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub plus shower.  In addition, it opens to the sunroom. 

Located in a highly sought-after Ocean Point neighborhood, Palmetto Moon, is adjacent to the walkway to the Ocean Point swimming pool complex, only 300 feet away.  The Ocean Point beach access is only 700 feet down the dune from Palmetto Moon, where you will find a semi-private beach.  Beach access for nearly a half mile is exclusive to the gated communities of Ocean Point and Ocean Club in Wild Dunes.  The Links golf course and Huey’s restaurant are less than a ½ mile away.

Parking:

Driveway and the garage provide parking for three vehicles.  The garage is narrow and is best designed to accommodate two smaller cars.  SUV’s and trucks will need to park in the single space on the driveway. 

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:

The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October).   These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

Things to note:

Wild Dunes does not have a central resort pool for all visitors. Most neighborhoods and villa communities have their own private pool for guests staying in that specific area. Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests.

The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents.  Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.
