Hosts communicated via text and were very responsive and made sure we were all set for check-in as well as throughout Fantastic views on mountaintop. Rental is quite private from main house. We did everything we planned, including a down day of just relaxing on the patio and deck. A nice weeklong vacation.

If you love beautiful views with quiet seclusion, while still being close enough to drive to any major city and/or hike you’d like this is the place is perfect. There was plenty of space for my partner and I along with the needed accommodations to close off the area for my animals outside. Along with that the hosts were very pleasant throughout our entire stay. 10/10 stay, amazing bang for buck! :)

We were looking for a place to relax and our stay in this beautiful guest house was precisely that. It sits on top of a mountain so the views are Amazing, and it is close to the freeway . This is a cozy casita. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook except a blender. Jay and Helen are super hosts!

What an absolutely beautiful location. The VRBO was very clean, and we felt like we were at home. The views were spectacular. The kitchen was equipped with all the needed appliances. We had full communication with the owners. The check in and the checkout procedure was so easy. We will definitely be returning to this VRBO. Thank you so much.

I can't say enough good about this absolutely beautiful guest house and it's gracious hosts!I was in California with a friend and her two small dogs for an event and booked this stay months in advance. I am so grateful I did because this beautiful home offered a peaceful and restful haven after some long hot days. Helen and Jay are the kindest people you will ever meet and the guesthouse just has a peaceful and welcoming feel. There are beautiful views over the valley and orchards, stunning landscape and gardens and ocean breeze on the balcony with a private courtyard. The house is next to the owners property but very private offering a balance of privacy and security. The home is well stocked with kitchen cleaning and linens etc. If you like being within reach of shopping and services but out of the rat race you will not find better than this. I would give ten stars if I could it's just an amazing place and wonderful hosts

we really enjoyed our stay here. we spent hours in the morning drinking tea on the back deck watching all the hawks and other birds soaring over the valley. the view is absolutely enchanting. we were very comfortable in this sweet, quiet and clean guest house. the hosts are kind and attentive… we will be back for sure. thank you for everything helen and jay!

Christmas Vacation

Place was beautiful and had all the amenities you could possibly need. We loved having coffee on the deck every morning and even brought our dogs as well as they loved the quiet and paths to take walks on. We will be staying here every time we come to visit family! Highly recommend!

This guest house is on a beautiful location with stunning views. There are two areas to enjoy the outdoors with comfortable furniture. The house is bright and comfortable. The shower has instantly hot and awesome pressure. We had a seamless check-in and check out with our hosts who responded quickly. The wifi was great. we were working and chilling and it was a perfect place. we also walked on the property which was wonderful to do close by. I can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Jay and his wife are such nice people and made our stay very pleasant. They were very accommodating to our needs. The property is beautiful and well kept and the view is fabulous. I highly recommend this property as a vacation destination.

Love this Casita

This is the second time we stayed here and will absolutely be back again. The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured- rural but less than 10 minutes to the I-15 freeway, so convenient to everything. The hosts are super nice people and easy to work with. We love everything about this property.
