My friends and I stayed here for spring break and it was great! Very clean, great communication with host. Very close to the beach- towels, chairs, umbrellas, and wagon were provided. 10 of us slept comfortably.

There are some new builds in the area that have more luxury (and significantly higher cost), but if you want a nice place that can sleep 8 in a great location, this is a great place. It nices that it is walkable to the Time Square area and where the action is. There are places further away from the action that makes walking it difficult and with terrible traffic basically all mid-afternoon to evening, that is an important thing. Our AC/thermostat was buggy right when we got there, but our contacts were responsive and had it all fixed that same first night. If we were trying to bring a group of 8 again and looking for good value, this is where we'd hope to stay here again!

The owner was great with communication before, during, and after the stay. Property was as pictured and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Host was excellent with communication! Quick responses. Property was clean. The back patio was a little rough. Great furniture on patio. The upstairs deck furniture had bird poop on it, so we did not utilize it. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The washer and dryer worked great. Able to wash beach towels everyday. The location was great! Had beach chairs, wagon, cooler, sand toys, umbrella and a cooler. Made our days at the beach that much better. The pictures makes the places look bigger than it is. Overall would sure rent again! Again, the communication was top notch!

Amazing Stay

David was an amazing host, great communication and hospitality. The house was equipped with anything you could possibly need for a beach vacation, clean and plenty of sleep space. 5 minute walk to the beach. Thank you so much for such a great place to stay!

Two weeks of sunshine

We had a great time. Home was clean and had everything we needed. So great to not have to bring our own beach chairs, towels and umbrella. David even provided a wagon to bring everything to the beach.

Perfect beach house for a family beach weekend

The location is amazing, just steps from the beach. The host was so gracious to have a beach wagon with beach toys, 4 chairs and umbrella ready to go. The home was clean, inviting, great decor. My family and I had an amazing relaxing time.The backyard had a great outdoor dining table and an easy to use grill.Upstairs, the balcony was an amazing space to hang out and enjoy the beach air.The hose had great communication and everything was better than we expected.We will definitely stay here again.
