Cozy Winter Park Abode: Your ideal alpine retreat just 3 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort! This designer condo offers modern interiors and cozy living spaces, perfect for families or groups. Enjoy home comforts like a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated coffee bar, board games, and access to community hot tub & ski lockers. Whether it's a winter escape or summer adventure, this mountain haven has everything for a memorable stay.
This 4 room 2-level apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The home boasts of an open concept floor plan in the main living area with dining area and kitchen, with beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances.
Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms, smart TV (in living room) and one bedroom, central heater, fans in all rooms and communal hot tub.
The house has sleeping arrangement for 8 people:
- Master bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom (sleeps 2)
- 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2)
- Common area between the bedrooms have a bunk bed (twin over twin) (sleeps 2)
- Queen air mattress available upon request (sleeps 2)

We have a lovely dining nook where you can enjoy a relaxed meal or enjoy board games with your family and friends.
Challenge your companions to various board games for a laid-back evening indoors.
PARKING:
House comes with 1 car dedicated parking spot and other car parking near the market eatery (close by).
KITCHEN + COFFEE BAR
When it's time to refuel, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table. Our coffee station provides a variety of local brews and teas.

In winter, hit the slopes at Winter Park Resort (just ~3.5 miles away) or discover the exhilarating runs at Mary Jane Base. When the snow melts, the area transforms into a hiking paradise, with the breathtaking Rocky Mountains right at your doorstep.
After a day of outdoor fun, come home to unwind by the cozy gas fireplace or take in the spectacular mountain views from your private balcony. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or simply soaking in the serene surroundings, this condo is the perfect base for your Winter Park adventures. Book now for a memorable mountain escape!
ADDITIONAL:
We do have video surveillance of the front door which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties.
Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours. Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted.
PETS:
We are a pet friendly home, so feel free to bring over your furry friends during your stay.
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- Clean up after them inside and outside
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!
The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.
SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.
