This neighborhood is one of LAs trendiest areas, literally in the center of Silverlake, Echo Park, Loz Feliz, Glendale, Highland Park, Mount Washington and Eagle Rock. Everything you could need and want is right there, shops, restaurants, cafes, vintage stores, boutiques, bowling, cinemas, galleries, gyms, yoga and pilates studios and a variation of grocery stores from Whole Foods, Lassens, Traders Joe's to Vons and Super King. The closeness saves a lot of time for enjoyable activities and relaxing in the gorgeous home on this quiet street.

It is on a quiet, gated compound, with assigned parking, at the back of the lot, surrounded by trees in the back, giving it a country feeling while being right in the middle of this vibrant city's trendiest and most exciting neighborhoods and amenities. And so close to major freeways that you can get to the other side of town our out to the LA forest and La county in no time.
