Home Layout
The garage level features a studio suite with ocean views, queen bed, kitchenette, sofa, and pool table, plus two tandem parking spaces.
The mid-level includes three bedrooms, including a primary suite with en-suite bath, walk-in closet, and private ocean-view balcony. A shared bathroom and laundry are also on this floor.
The lower level offers the main living space with expansive ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar seating, theater room, half bath, and beachfront patio.
Parking
Garage height is limited. An overnight parking pass is provided; designated lots lock from 8 PM–6 AM.

Wonderful house - what a way to wake up each morning enjoying the ocean and surfers enjoy the waves. The house was stocked with everything you would need!!!! It had everything labeled and included extras like coffee pods.

Great long weekend on the beach!
Thoroughly enjoyed this awesome place! Location can’t be beat. Rode bikes up and down the Strand. House was awesome, clean and very nice! Dinners in, watching the sunsets were spectacular! Melissa and Brenda were very nice and attentive to our needs. Would stay there again.

Special Strand Stay
We stayed for 5 nights at the end of November. 2 families, 9 people total. Everything was great. Well equipped home with amazing oceanfront sunset views. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and would 100% stay again.

The house is beautiful, BUT such a disappointment from beginning to end. When we arrived the alarm starting going off on every floor. The property manager gave me different codes to try, but nothing worked. It was going off for 2 HOURS before they sent someone out to fix it. The back door closes when you walk out but the code panel doesn’t work so we were locked out a couple times, so had to make sure the door never closed. There were ants everywhere in the kitchen, and some in the family room and theater, so disgusting. I had to deep clean everything with Lysol to kill them but kept seeing them throughout the trip. To top it off, the “minimal construction” described in the VRBO post was NOT minimal. There was very loud pounding and machines throughout the day. I had to send a video to the property manager to convince them that I wasn’t exaggerating. Fortunately we were gone most days and were able to avoid the noise, but it was unbearable when we were there. The property management tried to make it right by buying us breakfast and giving half our cleaning deposit back, but that didn’t come close to what we paid for the house. I never would have booked this place for our family vacation had we known of these issues, and would not recommend this house to anyone else.

I hear how frustrating this stay felt, and I’m really sorry it started and unfolded this way. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, especially for a family trip.
The alarm issue on arrival should have been resolved much faster. We addressed it as soon as we could get someone on-site, but the delay you experienced is not acceptable and we’ve since reviewed our after-hours response to prevent this from happening again.
The back door lock and keypad have now been repaired so this doesn’t happen for future guests. We’ve also had pest control return to treat the home thoroughly after your stay and are continuing with preventative service to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
Regarding the construction, I understand your frustration. The work is taking place in a separate unit above, and while it’s disclosed in the listing, we recognize that the level of noise you experienced did not feel minimal in practice. That’s something we’re taking seriously and revisiting how we set expectations moving forward.
During your stay, we did our best to respond quickly and provide some relief with breakfast on us, the option for a late checkout or additional night, and a partial refund of the cleaning fee. I understand that didn’t fully make up for the experience, but it was our intention to acknowledge the disruption and support you while you were there.
We appreciate you sharing this in detail. It’s helped us address several items directly, and we’ve already taken steps to improve both the home and how we communicate these situations going forward.
