We booked this for a few nights to get away to Branson. This is like a time-share situation with 1 & 2 BR suites in the Tower at Branson’s Nantucket that owners can rent out based on availability. Wallace was very good with communication. We asked for a 2 BR but only 1 BR were available, so he offered booking 2 adjacent- better for our family size with an added bathroom & living room.Facilities were very clean. Kitchen was equipped enough as far as utensils and pans. Appliances are cheap, but get by for a few days. (Stovetop and oven were very inconsistent and hard to dial in heat.) We also enjoyed the game room area off the pool as it gave us something to do while waiting to check in since we arrived early. There is also a movie room you can book for private showings, but it’s hard to get availability in the evening. Kids enjoyed the pool also and the tower lookout has great views.Only negative experiences were that A) our ac’s (mini splits in each room) broke during our stay. Staff took it seriously, unfortunately one they couldn’t get fixed, but we got by with keeping door to working AC open. They did offer to move rooms, but with one night left it wasn’t worth it. B) our mattress was sunk in & killed my back. Husband and I couldn’t sleep well as a result. We discovered later the other mattress was nice and firm so could have been an outlier. Location is perfect! Nice spot on lake equal distance to Silver Dollar City and The Landing! Would book again.
